    Memory Management BSOD issue

So my computer has this setting on that I can't find a way to turn off that puts my computer into hibernate mode after a certain amount of idle time. Yesterday, I began having an issue where the computer (which I am typing this on) will go bluescreen with the code MEMORY_MANAGEMENT within a few minutes of me logging on to my account after resuming from hibernate mode. This happened twice yesterday, but so far has not happened today because I shut down my computer last night instead of letting it hibernate. The bugcheck for the first BSOD was 0x0000001a (0x0000000000003453, 0xffff9687cf72c580, 0x0000000000166000, 0x0000000000000003), but the second BSOD was not logged in either Event Viewer or the reliability monitor for some reason. Unfortunately, I don't have administrator permissions on this computer, so I won't be able to provide the file that this forum asks for. I have had this computer for several years now, in case that's relevant.
    Specs:
    Windows 10 Home version 1803 (64-bit)
6.0 GB DDR3 RAM (form factor DIMM), with 2 sticks
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400S CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

I just got another bluescreen with that same code randomly. Bugcheck is 0x0000001a (0x0000000000003453, 0xffffa18217ca4580, 0x000000000006c58c, 0x0000000000000003). I'm pretty sure it's related to this issue, but I didn't resume the computer from hibernation, so I might as well change the title of this thread to "Memory Management BSOD Issue", if this forum even has a way to do that.

Have you tried running both Log Collectors to see if you can obtain any logs for us?
