Have just checked and it was because I installed my watercooler wrong.

Have just installed it properly and temps only went to 60C when doing the Prime95 test.

Have just had 3 BSOD quite close to each other when trying to reply to this thread will attach the dumps below.

So Intel processor diagnostics passed now and max temp was 69C so much better now that Watercooler has been properly screwed onto MB.

    BSOD Just now

    Attachment 223951

Attached is the dmp that just happened, this is now with GPU out PC (fully out). Both the 2 HDDS out the PC.

So only things connected are, CPU, 2 RAM, m.2. 500GB SSD and the PCI wifi card.

Sometimes on restart after a BSOD wifi won't be connected automatically and I have to click wifi thing to get it to connect not sure if related at all?

Will do another Beta log collector and upload in next post

Also tomorrow arriving will be a cheap £18 SSD from amazon in whilst I'll reinstall windows on and have only that connected to try and rule out my SSD being at fault.
If it still crashes with that do I assume it could be related to the actual i7-6700k processor?

I think this is something you will need to verify quite carefully - but indeed sustained exposure to the out of the limits temperatures do a lot of harm.

Yes, the approach you're taking seems quite valid under circumstances: Get Windows 10 installed only and test everything, putting some emphasis on CPU tests due to the above.

    Most recent BSOD

    Attachment 223997

Most recent BSOD this is same as before but have tried resetting the CMOS of the MB.

Am now going to remove the m.2. and put in the new Kingston 120GB SSD and reinstall windows onto it and continue testing.

Based on the latest DMP from what I can see:

Bug Check 0x1A MEMORY_MANAGEMENT - Windows drivers | Microsoft Docs

Parameter 1 is the only parameter of interest; this identifies the exact violation.

    0x403

The page table and PFNs are out of sync. This is probably a hardware error, especially if parameters 3 & 4 differ by only a single bit.
