If I were you, I would not have used that motherboard because it would've been too risky for the system.

Also i noticed i have this readyboot error Session "ReadyBoot" stopped due to the following error: 0xC0000188
even tho i changed the size from 20 to 128mbs and apparently its not enough?? Could that be harmful too?

It won't really cause any issues, it is possible that your pc might not boot very fast but that's all that would happen if ReadyBoot doesn't have enough space. Though unless your SSD somehow isn't fast, I doubt you'd notice anything.

alright thanks mate, i will just wait for the bsod. Also i can see some critical shutdowns in the past in the event viewer tho there is no info to it other than few numbers.

    Bsod happened!

So BSOD appears. Interesting thing is there is no code to the error so i downloaded w10privacy program and there was this setting to write error codes when bsod appears. Any ideas? :O it happened during league of legends gameplay i played the damn game it stuttered then it closed and said the game closed for unknown error i reconnected it closed again and insantly sent me a BSOD.

Actually there is a code of the error, it's in the middle of the screen, system_service_exception.
The others are actually arguments passed to the kebugcheckex function to create the BSOD.
The first argument is a memory access violation, in this case implying that data could not be moved because the address it was trying to move from is invalid.

From what it looks like, there was an attempt in adding a new value to a new key in the registry which I assume failed.

According to the eventlog, a variety of crashes have occurred. In the first post you mentioned you ran a memory test, which test was it?
I suspect this isn't a problem that is software related, either that or there's a program that's extremely buggy. If you don't mind I would like to know more about the hardware related tests you ran. What tests were they, how long did you run it, what configuration did you use, what were the results from logs (if any)?

Well i ran prime 95 custom(memory test preset) for like 6hours with decreased voltage for both memory and the cpu soc(which helps mem to be more stable the higher it is). After that i just increased the dram votlage along with the soc and didnt really care about it. And sometimes it runs games for hours no problems no stutter no anything and then in few hours when i start that game again or even when the pc rebooted after few seconds i play the game it already goes to shit artefacting stuttering closing also mouse problems. I ran no other tests than that for the memory. Also the current config for my memory is 1.46V CL 14 14 14 28 42 3200mhz
With TWR subtiming tuned from 24(Defaulted on all ram chips with my mobo regardless if its micron or samsung b die) to TWR of 12 which im running for like 2 weeks now by searching on forums samsung b die should do TWR of 10 which is the lowest it can be set at , there are 2 more timings i have tweaked so far that i did search on aswell and that is the tRDRDSCL, tWRWRSCL which were defaulted on 5 and i have them at 4 and apparently b die can do settings of both of these at 1-2 but i didnt try that i just stay at 4.
