Memory Management BSOD

Hello guys,

My sister asked me to clean her computer... just scan for viruses, update everything, delete old files, defrag the hdd and it is what I did... now we are getting this memory management BSOD

I already tried the mdsched.exe , sfc /scannow to see if it could find any problem but nothing showed up


Obs.: The bsod posting instructions says i should upload the "yourcomputername-xxxx.zip" file in my post, but i didn't really understand what it meant, Im uploading the two result files, from the Beta Log collector and the DM log collector.

Memory management errors are worth checking with a memory test:

Diagnostic Test

 RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

by the time I woke up it got 12 passes and none error, so by now may I assume that there is no error on my sticks of RAM and DIMM slots?

For now we will assume that the RAM is OK. It has been known for errors to appear after 12 passes but this is quite rare.

There is a BIOS update that you could apply - I'm not convinced that this is the answer but it is always worth being on the latest BIOS for your system.

Then I would test the hard disk with HD Tune in case there are any signs of early failure:

Diagnostics Test

 HDD TEST

Run HDTune to

• check the health,
  
• scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
  
• run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following

• the health,
  
• the error scan,
  
• the benchmark incl. following
  
  • transfer rate,
    
  • access time,
    
  • burst rate,
    
  • cpu usage.
