Which hardware components are under warranty?
I bought all components for this computer new in november 2018, so they are still "under warranty":

    Attachment 231079

I swapped the new MSI Radeon videocard during troubleshooting in this thread with the NVIDIA videocard of my second (older) computer. This NVIDIA videcard is not under warranty (because older then 2 years)

I also attached a HDD and 2 optical drives, which I already owned.

What is the availability of a motherboard to swap?
I do not have a spare motherboard for this computer.

I currently have BIOS version 2.00 installed. 3.10 is available, as are also new AMD drivers required for BIOS version 3.10. Should I install these?

There were no misbehaving drivers seen in the last BSOD memory dump.
Earlier in the thread the BIOS and drivers should have all been brought up to date.
If they were not or if there were new BIOS/drivers during the thread then update all.
There have been many different types of bugchecks.
This is typically seen when there are hardware problems.
    See post #75.

Since March, 15, BIOS v3.10 became available. :)
I just updated the BIOS to version 3.10 and also installed the latest AMD All-in-1 drivers (v18.50.16.01_WHQL) (as is required for this BIOS version).

I hope this helps... Keep you posted

Since last post (april 19th, 2 weeks ago), I had 4 BSOD.

    Here are the DUMP files:
    04-21 https://drive.google.com/open?id=1De...4cNpDHa6UjorbR
    04-29 https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ik...C4Tc1bHpi8o1Cd

    05-04 https://drive.google.com/open?id=1KX...IeJvh66PZOKBfz

and the BETA collector LOG files

    05-04 https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Cz...E6dXZncRRJ8UHD

Drivers verifier is off, and "include non-windows drivers in windows update" is also off

Any advise on how to continue?

If you come to the conclusion that it probably is a hardware problem, which hardware would you advise to exchange?

And can I assume that this hardware is then "broken" and return it to the shop?
Could you help me in what I can say to explain my claim about what is wrong with the particular hardware?

@Smurfmans I was just reminded that this thread had gone unanswered for a few days.

The evidence does indeed point to hardware. In your most recent crash dump I see the following from the analysis:

    Code:
    MODULE_NAME: hardware

    FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: IP_MISALIGNED_amdppm.sys

    BUCKET_ID: IP_MISALIGNED_amdppm.sys

    PRIMARY_PROBLEM_CLASS: IP_MISALIGNED_amdppm.sys
This would suggest to me that the CPU might be faulty. This thread shows how difficult hardware faults are to track down, and looking at the other crash dumps there is not a lot to help confirm this diagnosis so I am afraid there will be some trial and error involved. Do let us know how you get on.

    @philc43

    Thanks for your message.

I contacted the shop where I bought my components last week, and explained the situation.

During this thread, the following hardware was tested:
    - SSD checked in post #5.
    - memory; checked in post #15
    - CPU: checked in post #80
    - Videocard: checked in post #80 (and also exchanged videocard with other computer).

All these tests were OK, so what seems to remain is the motherboard as primary suspect (imho).

The shop suggested me to order a new (exactly the same) motherboard, exchange it, and then return the old one. I will do that coming week. Keep you informed of the result.

    Thx for the update.

See this link for motherboard change:

Please report the computer stability / instability after the exchange.

It will be interesting to know whether the replacement motherboard fixes the problem.

To be short: My BSOD problem is not yet fixed

I received a replacement new mobo Asrock B450M Pro4. I replaced old mobo with the new mobo
old mobo had BIOS v3.10. new mobo came with BIOS version 1.60

(while reassembling PC, I did not yet connect the two optical DVD drivers in my PC.)

I started PC with new mobo
    BSOD during booting.
pressed reset button, went into BIOS
    loaded UEFI defaults
then booted and got into windows

then restarted and flashed BIOS to v2.00
    loaded uefi defaults in BIOS
    then booted into windows

got a BSOD within a couply of minutes
restarted again and got into windows

then restarted and flashed BIOS to v3.30 (= newest version! ASRock > B450M Pro4)
    loaded uefi defaults
    restarted into windows

then I updated AMD All-in-1 drivers from version v18.50.16.01_WHQL to latest version v19.10.08_19H1_WHQL
    ASRock > B450M Pro4

    choose clean install.
got a BSOD just after removing alle AMD drivers en PC was closing for a reboot.
presset reset button, rebooted and got into windows. AMD Radeon All-in-1 continued installation and rebooted when finished.

    then got into windows succesfully.
after a few minutes, computer seemed to freeze and screen went black. monitor went into sleep mode (because no input signal)
pressed reset button, restarted and got into windows.

turned PC off, atached also the two optical drives and restarted PC.

I used PC for couple of days, and had 2 to 3 BSOD per day.
Sometimes during booting, sometimes in MS Office or in Chrome.
And once, the monitor just went black because it did not receive input signal. Had to press reset button, to restart PC.

I atacced two BETA log files
Only one memory dump file created: MEMORY 06-08.zip - Google Drive

Any tips for the next step?
