I continued with your steps 5) through 8) from post #8 and finished them.

    I uninstalled in device manager:
    Attachment 223468

I installed for mouse and keyboard:
    unifying250.exe
    SetPoint6.69.123_64.exe

And I installed for Realtek NIC:
    0028-Install_Win10_10028_08222018.zip
    "RTL8169SC(L) Software" RTL8169SC(L) Software - REALTEK
    Win10 Auto Installation Program (SharedID:1152921504607523118 SId:1152921504627770051)

For Graphics card: Uninstall with DDU and then
    Install: win10-64bit-radeon-software-adrenalin-2019-edition-19.2.1-feb4.exe
    Radeonâ„¢ RX 580 Drivers Support | AMD
Did not see a "clean Install" box, but I unchecked "relive" drivers.

I got a BSOD just after step 5).
I ran BETA collector and added the zip.
    I uploaded memory.dmp (1 GB) here: Dropbox - MEMORY.DMP

    The computer has:
    Code:
    Operating System: Windows 10 Education 64-bit (10.0, Build 17763) (17763.rs5_release.180914-1434)
Were you able to use the Windows 10 iso for the in place upgrade repair?

    This iso may be needed:
    Download Windows 10 Academic

    Was the BIOS reset?
Please update the progress will the prior steps.

Run Memtest86 version 8.01 for four passes x two (total of 8 passes)
MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool
MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool

Testing is not done by time but by passes.
The more the passes the better the testing conditions.
In January 2018 version 8.0 was free up to 8 passes.
In mid January the version was upgraded to 8.1 and the maximum free passes with this version is four.
Fewer than 8 passes can have a significant number of false negatives.
A false negative is a test pass with malfunctioning RAM.
Continuous testing is substantially better testing than interrupted testing.
However for the free version the testing is repeated so that there are a total of 8 passes (two tests with four passes each)

The computer has 16 GB DDR4 RAM.
There are two modules and each are 8 GB RAM.
Testing time is approximately 1 -2 hours / GB RAM.

Just one error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.
Then remove both RAM modules and re-seat one module for testing.
Test each RAM module in the same DIMM for four passes x two for a total of 8 passes to differentiate good from malfunctioning RAM.

Use a camera or smartphone camera to take a picture of the results after each test has completed four passes.
Also zip the text report and post a share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

In the debugging of the mini dump file there were no misbehaving drivers.
When the memory dump was debugged the AMD GPU drivers were again seen in the crash.

The AMD GPU hardware will need to be tested if there are recurrent BSOD with different drivers.

After the RAM / DIMM / MB has been tested the plan is to temporarily turn off Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers and then replace the AMD drivers with a different version of the driver.
A driver that is different from:
    24.20.13019.1008
    25.20.15017.1010

My apologies, I did not continu with steps 5 through 27 from post #4, but continued (after step4) with your steps in post #8.

Yesterday and today, I tried to do an inplace repair (3x). It failed alle three times with a BSOD.
Twice, I got a BSOD during rebooting, and once a BSOD during preparations.

After the first two attemps, I did steps 7 through 13:
    https://drive.google.com/open?id=1sV...NViGoZosOxjpAE

    step 16a/b: already done
    step 17: already done.
    step 18: no overclocking

step 19/20/21:Then I updated the BIOS to the latest version (from v1.50 to v2.00):
    ASRock > B450M Pro4
step 22: I choose "Load UEFI Default", saved and rebooted.

Then I did the 3rd inplace repair attempt, which ended with a BSOD during booting.
I got this message when I logged in after a new reboot: after inplace repair attempt3.PNG - Google Drive
"The installation has failed in the phase "SAFE_OS" with an error during BOOT"

I ran BETA collector and attached the zip.

Please advise the next step. Should I start with MemTest86 as instructed in post#12, or do something else first?

    1) Download and install: Everything:
    voidtools

    2) For any BSOD:
    a) Run the BETA log collector and post a new zip into the thread
    b) Search for C:\windows\memory.dmp > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip and post a separate share link into the thread
    c) By default the memory dumps are set to overwrite. Please find the memory dump immediately after each BSOD.

    3) Use everything search to find these files > zip > post share links into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive
(Make sure that all of these files are dated February 2019)

    C:\windows\memory.dmp

    Code:
    Crash dump found at C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 02/07/2019 15:40:28
    Size on disk: 992 MB
Some of these log files may be available:

    PANTHER logs
    C:\Windows\Panther
    setuperr.log
    setupact.log
    Setupmem.dmp
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupmem.dmp
    setupapi.dev.log
    BlueBox.log
    Event logs (*.evtx)
    C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback

    4) Run setupdiag > post a share link into the thread
    SetupDiag | Microsoft Docs

    5) Run Memtest86 as per post #12 > post images and text reports into the thread

    6) The latest mini dump bugcheck was A

    7) The in place upgrade failure code was: 0xC1900101 - 0x20017
This bugcheck is typically due to a problematic driver.
The Panther logs may be useful in the troubleshooting.

    Code:
    Code
    0xC1900101 - 0x20017

    Cause
A driver has caused an illegal operation.
Windows was not able to migrate the driver, resulting in a rollback of the operating system.
This is a SafeOS boot failure, typically caused by drivers or non-Microsoft disk encryption software.

    Mitigation
Ensure that all that drivers are updated.
Open the Setuperr.log and Setupact.log files in the %windir%\Panther directory, and then locate the problem drivers.
For more information, see Understanding Failures and Log Files.
Update or uninstall the problem drivers.

Please run the BETA log collector and post a zip into the thread for the latest BSOD.

The latest memory dump debugging displayed recurrent hardware drivers: AMD GPU drivers
    atikmdag.sys
    atikmpag.sys

    Bugcheck code 0000000A
    Thu Feb 7 08:17:01.336 2019 (UTC - 6:00)

    Perform the following steps:

    1) Temporarily turn off Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers:

Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10 | Tutorials

    2) Uninstall everything AMD using Display driver uninstaller and install new drivers from the AMD website.

    3) On the AMD web site be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the graphics driver.

    4) Make sure that the new driver is a different version from the prior driver:
    24.20.13019.1008

Official Display Driver Uninstaller DDU Download

Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.0.8 (or newer version if available)

Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use - Windows 7 Help Forums

AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops

    5) See if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative, or local computer store to swap the AMD GPU card. The swap can be for another AMD card or a Nvidia card.

    Perform two tests:
    a) Test a new card in the problematic computer
    b) Test the card from the problematic computer in another computer

    6) By default the memory dumps are overwritten by each new BSOD.
    Immediately after each BSOD:
    a) run the beta log collector and post a new zip into the thread
    b) open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for C:\windows\memory.dmp > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip and post a separate share link into the thread

    Code:
    atikmdag.sys Fri Feb 1 16:12:48 2019 (5C54C460)

I completed the memtest86, and updated post #15 with these results.

Then I ran BETA collector. See attachment 1.

Then I did the steps from post #16:
    step 1) done
    step 2/3/4):
I uninstalled AMD display drivers with DDU 18.0.0.8
See screenshot as to what driver was removed: https://drive.google.com/open?id=15l...7-U_oxsf8VGqEJ

Then I visited AMD website, en choose a new driver.
These were my options: amd website rx580.PNG - Google Drive
The last time, I choose the newest version "Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.2.1 "
Now, I choose the 'second' newest: Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.1.1

I downloaded the file and ran it. As I did not see nor find any "clean install box", I took some screenshots to show you what I did.
After starting the installation, I got this screen: amd1.PNG - Google Drive
and I choose the middle button "install radeon software 19.1.1".

Then I got this screen: amd2.PNG - Google Drive

No "clean install button" present. I choose "installeren" (= install in english) with the 3 boxes checked.

NB: according to this website How to Install Radeon™ Software on a Windows® Based System | AMD , you only see a "clean install" button if a previous version of the driver software is detected.

Then at the end of the installation of radion software 19.1.1, my screen scrambled briefly and went black. Couldnt get it to display something again, and I had to press the reset button on my PC case.
Then after reboot, I checked the driver of my graphics card: amd installed driver3.PNG - Google Drive
Seems like the driver is (at least partly?) installed.

I also ran BETA collector again, perhaps you'll find something. See attachment 2.
And I uploaded the current memory.dmp file, dated 10/feb/2019 21:24, see: MEMORY.DMP - Google Drive

If I do something wrong in installing the graphics driver, please let me know what I need to do differently.

The AMD GPU drivers have been recurrent misbehaving drivers.
This typically indicates problems with the hardware.
Another older driver can be installed and tested.
At this time it would be best to test the hardware with a swap.
Two tests should be performed during a swap.
A new card is tested in the problematic computer.
And the card from the problematic computer is tested in another computer.

OK thanks. I will do these 2 tests coming weekend.

Today, I had a BSOD (twice) for the first time since I installed the current display drivers (Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.1.1).

    See attached BETA collector zip.
Do these log-files confirm that it are the display drivers that are (still) misbehaving?
