Done.
I do not see any difference however. I just (re)start computer and get into windows 10 like before.
What does this option do, and how does it help me?

I looked at your previous crash dump and you had a blue screen 0x3B where the first parameter was 8000003 which means that the system came across a breakpoint, but the kernel debugger did not work. This was supposed to fix the problem with the blue screen, and whether it would fix it will turn out to be visible
I had a few BSOD since then, but no new DMP file.
Also, computer frooze a few times, and I had to press reset button.

update per 01-July-2019:
I returned to the shop: Motherboard, CPU, Videocard and Memory.
They will examine these components, and I await their results.

Update: I recieved the components back from the shop. Their conclusion is that they found no defects in these components.
In their log file, I read:
- memtest - pass
- OCCT - pass 120 min
- Aida64 stability test - pass 8 hour
- furmark - pass 30 min
Then I read that (on the next day) the system hangs during booting multiple times, but after 6 failures, it succesfully starts up and runs just fine.
Then I read that RAM en video are tested seperately: no defects found.
Then, whole set again tested:
- furmark - multiple hours pass
Conclusion: no problems/defects with these components. Suspect the SSD is defect or system needs a clean windows installation.

I assembled the components into my system, and started the computer.
It works like before; meaning: I works but I get a BSOD during normal use regularly (3 times already today)
My plan is to (1) return the SSD to the shop, and after that (2) do a completely clean install.
A backup image can be used when clean install testing.
Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect
Update:
I bought and recieved a new SSD (Crucial P1 1TB M.2) and installed it.
I removed all the other SSD, hard disks and optical disks.
I created a windows boot USB (v1903) on another computer en did a clean en new install on my problematic computer "Fractal".
After installing windows 10, I installed
- chrome
- MS office 365 through work account (and then uninstalled it)
- Logitech drivers: Unifying and setpoint
- AMD AllIn1(v19.10.16_19H1_WHQL) drivers
- macrium reflect free edition
While doing these things, I already got about 4 BSOD in a couple of hours.
1st question:
I noticed in the BIOS the timing and voltage configuration of the DRAM memory.
DRAM frequency is set to auto, and the motherboard selects DDR4-2133
However; the DRAM information says "DDR4-3000". See below.
Could that be a cause of the BSOD?

2nd question:
could these BSOD perhaps be related to "missing" drivers I did not yet install?
I ran LOG collector and here is the zip. Some files may be in a foreign language, since I changed the language to english only after a few BSOD.

and 1 dmp file: MEMORY 08-13.zip - Google Drive
Any further tips? I am not sure how to continue...
