The latest BSOD had bugcheck 7E.
The memory.dmp debugging did not display any misbehaving drivers.

For RAM testing we have used Memtest86+ version 5.01 for DDR2 and DDR3 RAM.
The minimum number of passes for testing is 8 passes.
For DDR4 RAM testing we were using Memtest86 version 8.0 for 8 or more passes.

Ordinarily we use continuous testing for the 8 passes.
Running the test twice seems better than once if that is the only remaining option.

Using Memtest 86 version 8.1 please test a second time the RAM for 4 passes.
If another option is found I'll report it into the thread.
At this time a double test appears to be the best option.

Just a quick update: Last night I ran memtest with all 4 sticks of ram in and it came up with I think 29 errors (first memtest file and picture). I also had another bsod this morning, (logs and memory dmp link). After that I pulled the most recent 2 sticks of ram that I purchased and ran memtest twice for 4 passes each and came up with no errors (the other 2 memtest files). I am going to RMA the two sticks of ram that I pulled, run another memtest tonight to be safe and be on the lookout for more bsods. Hopefully, this will be solved then.

Two of the three repeat memtest86 version 8.1 tests displayed no errors.

To differentiate good from malfunctioning RAM test each RAM module one at a time in the same DIMM for two sets of 4 passes. If there is an error the test can be aborted.

The memory dump displayed bugcheck 3B with GPU drivers at the time of the crash.

With malfunctioning RAM it is likely that the driver was a bystander.
To be on the safe side the driver will be replaced.

    1) Temporarily turn off Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers:
Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10 | Tutorials

    2) Uninstall everything AMD using Display driver uninstaller and install new drivers from the AMD website.

    3) On the AMD web site be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the graphics driver.

Make sure the new driver is a version different from: 25.20.15011.1004

Quick update. It's been 2 days since I pulled those 2 sticks of ram and I haven't had a bsod since. It seems all the different errors I was getting were symptoms on bad ram. I'll post an update when I get the ram replaced or if I have any other bsods. Thanks for the help.

So some time has elapsed. I had no bsod's for about a week while my ram was being replaced. I got the replacements and I had them for a few days without issues. Now all of a sudden I've gotten 3 bsods in the past two days. I've attached the latest logs. I of course ran memtest right away to check the ram. After running it 2 times in a row with 8 passes total it came up with zero errors. Hopefully, it is something other than the ram because my return period just ended with the replacements. Thanks for your help!

Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\windows\memory.dmp > zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    Code:
    Crash dump found at C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 02/11/2019 10:30:15
    Size on disk: 1524 MB
    For any BSOD:
    a) run the BETA log collector and post a new zip into the thread
    b) post a memory.dmp zipped file share link if the file size is < 1.5 GB

Were the Memtest86 ran on 32 GB RAM?
If possible please post images and text reports of the results.

My mistake, I had forgotten the memdump. Here is the link:
Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

I've also attached the memtest results. Yes, they were with 32gb of ram, the same setup that I had the bsods on.

There were 2 BSOD on 2/9

    The bugchecks were
    7E
    3B

    The bugcheck today was:
    1A

Where is the link for the Memtest86 results on 32 GB RAM?

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) chkdsk /scan
    5) wmic RecoverOS set AutoReboot = False

    6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    1) The debugging of the 1A memory dump displayed recurrent misbehaving hardware drivers: AMD GPU
    atikmdag
    atikmpag

    2) Temporarily turn off Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers:

Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10 | Tutorials

    3) Uninstall everything AMD using Display driver uninstaller and install new drivers from AMD website.

    4) On the AMD web site be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the graphics driver.

    5) Make sure that the new driver version is different from:

    6) When multiple driver versions for the same hardware cause BSOD the hardware needs to be tested.

    7) Find a friend, neighbor, relative, or local computer store to swap the dGPU.
The swap can be AMD or Nvidia

    There should be two tests:
    a) Test a new card in the problematic computer
    b) Test the card from the problematic computer in another computer
