Please remove all RAM modules and then re-seat one for testing.
Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for 8 or more passes > use a camera or smartphone camera to take pictures > post an image into the thread
Repeat the above step and test all RAM modules one at a time in the same DIMM for 8 or more passes.

For memory dumps it takes a lot of time to upload and download.
The latest memory.dmp was 4.2 GB.
Memory dumps that are < 1.5 GB can be uploaded and downloaded for debugging.
Code:Crash dump found at C:\Users\User\Desktop\MEMORY.DMP Creation date: 01/18/2019 08:32:14 Size on disk: 4283 MB
The memory dump setting is on complete memory dump which is creating this large file.
In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings
a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread.
b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread
Change the startup and recovery system failure setting from complete memory dump to automatic memory dump.
Uncheck automatic restart.
It can be easy to miss BSOD when automatic restart is checked.
When there is a BSOD and automatic restart is unchecked you should see a BSOD window with bugcheck and : (
Sometimes you may see a misbehaving driver in the form *.sys
At the very beginning of a BSOD crash you may see a % counter.
If you see the % counter allow it to rise to 100% before rebooting so that there is sufficient time to create the dump file
I changed the memory dump settings as requested. Attached are images of the settings windows requested before I changed the settings for the memory dump (no changes to virtual memory settings have been made).
During the troubleshooting please use these settings:
For startup and recovery system failure:
a) uncheck automatically restart
b) write debugging information > automatic memory dump
For Virtual memory
a) keep current settings with paging file on C: and the boxed checked to automatically manage paging file size for all drives
For any BSOD:
a) Post a new BETA log collector zip
b) Post a share link for C:\windows\memory.dmp if file size is < 1.5 GB
Just had a new crash. I was uploading the memory dump when you posted, zbook.

Logs are attached as per usual.
1) The bugcheck in the latest BSOD was 9F.
2) The debugging displayed one misbehaving hardware driver.
3) Uninstall and reinstall: Intel GPU drivers: Igdkmd64.sys or IGFX
Updating a driver. - Microsoft Community
4) The best tested drivers are displayed on the computer or motherboard manufacturers websites.
5) If this driver is displayed on the Toshiba website then use this driver as the source for the new driver.
If this driver is not displayed on the Toshiba website then use the Intel website for the source of the new driver.
6) After installing the new driver perform windows updates
7) List all attached hardware devices (via USB ports, docking station, port replicator, headset, speakers, keyboard, mouse, etc.
8) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
9) sfc /scannow
10) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
11) chkdsk /scan
12) powercfg.exe /hibernate off
13) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
14) After posting the above into the thread continue with:
15) shutdown /r
(The computer will reboot and turn off hibernation)
16) When available please post images of the RAM testing results.
17) If the Intel GPU drivers continue to reappear in BSOD then an alternative driver version can be tried. If there are multiple BSOD with multiple drivers then the hardware will need to be troubleshooted.

Working on graphics drivers. Got another BSOD. It seems to switch between Dpc watchdog violation and Driver State Power Failure. The first one this morning was the latter, this one is the former.

I've ran into another problem. I downloaded the graphics drivers from Toshiba, uninstalled the current ones, and the ones downloaded from Toshiba won't run. When I restarted the computer, the task manager opened itself, for some reason, and the more recent version I had installed (from Intel, not from Toshiba) was present, and I still can't get the other installer to run. The UAC prompt comes up, I click Yes, and nothing happens. It doesn't even pop up in Task Manager.
EDIT: I managed to get the older drivers installed by going through Device Manager and pointing it at the folder where the files had extracted to. The installed version number matches with the one on Toshiba''s website. Fingers crossed that this did the trick.
Well, rolling back the graphics driver did not help. Watchdog Violation again, logs and dump attached.
