The computer has 6 GB DDR3 RAM.
One RAM module is 4GB and another is 2 GB

Run Memtest86+ version 5.01 for 8 or more passes.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Testing is not done by time but by passes.
The more the passes the better the testing conditions.
    Testing must be continuous.
Testing time is approximately 1 -2 hrs / GB RAM
A substantial portion of the testing can be performed overnight
Just one error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.
Then test one RAM module at a time in the same DIMM for 8 or more passes to differentiate food from malfunctioning RAM.

For each RAM test please use a camera or smartphone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.

As I stated before, I cannot perform the memory test, as the computer WILL BSOD at some point during the process, and I'd have to start over again, and then it would BSOD yet again. Is there any other alternative?

    Please remove both RAM modules.
Then re-seat one module and test in the same DIMM for 8 or more passes.
If one RAM module causes BSOD or displays errors then abort testing and test the other RAM module for 8 or more passes.

Running a memory test with memtest86 involves booting to a USB drive running its own miniature OS, you won't be able to blue screen because you won't be running Windows.
