    BSOD Random, Faulty_Hardware_Corrupted_Page and NTFS_File_System

Since a few months, I have been having BSOD's now and then (a few times a week), I can't find a pattern.
Most often it is FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE, but just now when I was creating this thread I got a NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM. I have attached the Beta Log Collector output of before and after this, so I think the minidumps of the one contains the data of the FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE and the other one of the NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM.

What I already tried but did not help:
    - check for BIOS, driver and Windows updates
    - turn off fast start up
    - mdsched
    - sfc /scannow
    - dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    - chkdsk /scan
    - debloat Windows

Thanks a lot for any help in advance!

Hello tcv and welcome to the BSOD section of this Tenforums

With these type of errors I would begin by doing a thorough check of the memory modules.

BSOD Random, Faulty_Hardware_Corrupted_Page and NTFS_File_System Diagnostic Test BSOD Random, Faulty_Hardware_Corrupted_Page and NTFS_File_System
     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.

    Thank you!

I found no errors using 1 USB-stick in 1 USB-port. Is that okay or did I misunderstand something..?

My next suggestion would be to test the hard drive.

BSOD Random, Faulty_Hardware_Corrupted_Page and NTFS_File_System Diagnostics Test BSOD Random, Faulty_Hardware_Corrupted_Page and NTFS_File_System
     HDD TEST

    Run HDTune to
    • check the health,
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    • the health,
    • the error scan,
    • the benchmark incl. following
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,
      • cpu usage.

All looks good. Have you tried a full diagnostic check through the Dell Support? - select Full Test.

    No problems found there either.
But I did get a message of an outdated driver: Video |Intel HD Graphics 4000 5000 500 P500 series Driver.
I will install it and let you know if the problem persists.

Unfortunately, the issue persists. Another Faulty_Hardware_Corrupted_Page yesterday. I attached the beta log collector output.

There was a memory dump and a live kernel dump.

The live kernel dump was a little over 3 GB (NDIS) and appears related to the network driver/hardware.

The file size for the memory dump was large (1.6 GB) and may take a while to upload and download.

Using file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for C:\windows\memory.dmp > zip > post a share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    Code:
    Crash dump found at C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 01/18/2019 16:12:09
    Size on disk: 1633 MB
