    BSOD Starting video with Logitech C920


    Hello, i have randomly BSOD When i try to use the video recording in Logitech webcam software, but i can use only the voice without problems.

    I tried use native drivers and re-install logitech webcam but it's the same, i have no BSOD with native drivers but i lose a lot of quality in my camera recording , i hope somebody can help me , thanks.

    You may simply have to wait for a new driver from Logitech, their latest is Software version 1.0.553. Is this what you are using?

    For any further investigation you will need to upload the logfiles as required in the BSOD Posting Instructions.

    I use latest driver and i had the BSOD with logitech capture too, the 1.0.553

    The logfiles show you have an illegally activated W10 system. We cannot help any further as such installations are prone to unknown effects and it is also against the forum rules.
