    BSOD NTFS ntoskrnl.exe+1b1b40

Hello all I just bought a new prebuilt computer as the way it goes I went to update everything on it (drivers wise) when I first got it, everything was going swimmingly until I mistakenly tried to update the bios (My version of Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 is the 'CB' version, I didn't think this made a difference. Long story short I tried to upgrade the bios version using the Windows Instant Flash method which didn't work, however now I receive daily BSOD and I believe this is the culprit. I've tried updater all drivers, done SFC scan, Mem test, DISM, Chkdsk, even have reinstalled windows 10 from a USB formatted the drive, but the BSOD still occurs. Here's what bluscreen view shows. I've also noticed in Event Log the BSOD happens everything time after this: NTFS and filter manager both occur and Hardrive disc 1 and say it's healthy, then it criticals. Please help anyone much appreciated..

And here's the BIOS I tried to install..
    ASRock > Z390 Phantom Gaming 4

So to be clear Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 does not = Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 CB, I had no idea CB meant something different.. thank you in advance for the help.

Please fill out your System Specs under My Computer with as much information as you can.
BE specific and exact, especially motherboard and BIOS.

See here: System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums

The more information you can provide the better.

Also, explain what you mean by "it didn't work" in reference to updating BIOS by Windows method?

And finally, fo0llow the posting instructions in the BDOS posting instructions link at the top of this thread and the top of the forum.

Hi thank you so much for the response, I've just updated some more of my info in system specs, and sorry by didn't work I mean that the bios version is incompatible. When I opened the program, command prompt opened up and then closed and nothing happened, it was supposed to restart the computer to finish the update but never did, because it's not a correct veriosn to update ( I emailed Asrock supoport and they said the CB version means its a preconfigured bios, in this case by Cyberpower, and won't work with the official Motherboard bios updates, wish I had known this before..) As it shows my current bios is uneffected (still shows 1.0 as it came) and I had even reset the cmos just to be sure it was at factory settings. So with that and reinstalling windows I'm not sure what's left to do, unless it could be a problem with the Powersupply I installed? That's the only other major change I've made to the computer since I've got it.

We will need the log files to provide you with a useful analysis. I don't think you have casued any problems by the attempted BIOS update just make sure you have reset the BIOS to optimised defaults. If there are still problems consider returning the unit as it is still in warranty, provided you have not voided the warranty in any way. One of the images you posted showed that one bugcheck code was 0x124 which usually signifies a hardware problem.
