After the Fall Update I started getting these issues:
Thousands of these warnings: Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued.
and:
Windows failed to resume from hibernate with error status 0xC0000411.
It's not technically a BSOD, but when I turn my PC back on from hibernate in the morning, it's rebooting instead. I'm assuming it's a driver issue of some sort, but I can't figure it out.

Before starting please make an Image of your system with a tool like Macrium Reflect. You may need a restoration process.
Backup and Restore with Macrium Reflect
Please make and test their boot media.
I would look at updating your storage drivers. Windows may have loaded default generic drivers. Use the ones from your vendor website.
I would also look if any other key drivers were substituted with generic drivers, like chipset.
You might also investigate if a BIOS update is available. Understand risks before updating BIOS. If you update BIOS please read the instructions carefully and be patient, real patient. Only you can decide whether to perform a BIOS update.
Once you have perform necessary updates run this command to see if your machine is reporting hibernation is available.
powercfg -a

Thanks for the reply. Turns out that my SATA connection to my motherboard failed, so I plugged the DVD drive into a free port I had and it solved the issue.
