I think I may have found another issue. I did not have D.O.C.P. enabled in BIOS, so the timings and voltages may have been wrong. (D.O.C.P. is Asus's equivalent of X.M.P. if you didn't know.) I am now going to run the memory test and report back here when it is done.
EDIT: I cannot run the memory test because I do not have any USB drives on hand. I will try to get one if possible, but I may not be able to. I will still post any other BSODs here, and will let you know what happens when I exchange GPUs with my friend.
Note: system has been very stable ever since the last BSOD I reported, after that happened I reinstalled chipset and display drivers in a different order, so maybe now they are installed correctly. (Before I was installing chipset drivers and then display drivers, and I think they were somehow replacing chipset drivers in the process. Yea, it doesn't make much sense to me either.)
