Which zip software are you using?
See if you can zip other files.
See if you can upload other files to either one drive, drop box, or google drive.

I am using the software that comes with windows (or whatever it's called), where you right click on the file, go to Send To, and then click Compressed (zipped) file. I just tested and I am able to zip other files. I am also able to upload other files to Google Drive and OneDrive.

However, I think I may have found a possible solution to the problem: It seemed as if display drivers were installed in the place of chipset drivers. Why I think this is because when I went to install chipset drivers a while ago, after I downloaded them and ran the file, it took me to AMD Radeon Settings to install the drivers, which is normal. However, Radeon Settings said that there was a local driver on my device, and then new drivers available for installation that could be downloaded and installed, which was 18.12.3, the latest display driver. I did not realize this at the time and had it install that. But today when I was looking at installed drivers on the system, I noticed that the chipset and display drivers were the same. So, I went into safe mode, uninstalled both, then restarted and installed them both correctly. My PC has been stable ever since, I played a few games and ran a stress test just to make sure, and everything seems fine.

Is there any other files you need from me? If not, thanks for all the help, and I'll make sure to post again if any other issues arise.

    Glad to see the progress.
Give it a few days to evaluate computer stability / instability.
If there are no BSOD for a week and often for several days that in many cases is sufficient time.

Please post a new BETA log collector zip into the thread.

Of course, here is the beta log file: Attachment 219679

Like I said, if any other issues surface, I'll make sure to post it here.

I was testing all aspects of computer to make sure it was stable, and I just BSOD while running CineBench. However I ran it again after restarting and it did not BSOD. Maybe it's just a fluke.

The misbehaving driver identified in the debugging of the memory dump were recurrent hardware drivers:
    AMD GPU drivers:
    atikmdag.sys
    atikmpag.sys

    Perform the following steps:

    1) Temporarily turn off Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers:

Enable or Disable Driver Updates in Windows Update in Windows 10 | Tutorials

    2) Uninstall everything AMD using Display driver uninstaller and install new drivers from the AMD website.

    3) Make sure that the version installed is different from the prior version:

    25.20.15002.58

    4) On the AMD web site be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the graphics driver.

Official Display Driver Uninstaller DDU Download

Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.0.4 (or newer version if available)

Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use - Windows 7 Help Forums

AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops

    5) When there are recurrent misbehaving drivers for hardware the underlying hardware may be malfunctioning.
If there is another BSOD related to the AMD GPU drivers then the hardware will need to be checked.

    6) See if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative, or local computer store to swap the AMD GPU card.
    a) Test a new card in the problematic computer
    b) Test the card from the problematic computer in another computer

    7) Make sure that there is no overclocking during the troubleshooting process

    8) Test the RAM with Memtest86 version 8.0 for 8 or more passes.
MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool
MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool

Testing is not done by time but by passes.
The more the passes the better the testing conditions.
The default setting is 4 passes and needs to be modified to 8 passes.
    The testing must be continuous.
The computer has 16 GB RAM.
There are two modules of DDR4 8 GB RAM
The approximate testing time is 1 - 2 hours /GB RAM
A substantial portion of the testing can be performed overnight
Just one error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.
Then test one RAM module at a time in the same DIMM for 8 or more passes to differentiate good from malfunctioning RAM.

    9) For each RAM test please use a camera or smartphone camera to take a pictures and post images into the thread.
    10) Also post the Memtest text reports into the thread using share links (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

I know that the BSODs are a problem irregardless of driver version, because I was still BSODing before on driver versions 18.12.3 and version 18.11.2. (the installed one now is 18.12.2.) I tried those two versions before I realized that the chipset driver was incorrect, but after I uninstalled the chipset driver and display driver so that they could be both be installed for the correct devices, I installed 18.12.2, which is what I had when I first made this thread. I thought the issues with BSODing would be resolved because I fixed the issue with the chipset drivers. However I still BSODd, as you know. I am going to run the memory test tonight, and will try exchanging GPUs with a friend tomorrow.

Have you tried reducing your memory clock speed. Your processor is designed to have memory running at 2933MHz but you have yours set up at 3200MHz.

Are you sure? It is very well known with Ryzen to try to run as fast of memory as you can, as it is helps improve performance significantly. I have seen many people use RAM clocked faster than 2933MHz with no issues.

I always like to rule out overclocking as a possible cause so that is why I suggested it. If you still get the BSOD then by all means go back to the higher clock speeds.
