    Getting BSOD with error code 0x00000133


    This keeps happening for several times when I was playing games (PUBG and Rainbow Six) even when the system is idling.
    I have checked the BlueScreen info and it is caused by ntoskrnl.exe and hal.dll.

    Here is the info about my system.

    From what I can find, that's part of RamCache II by ASUSTeKcomputer. Here is what I found on it.

    You can try disabling it so it doesn't start, see if that makes a difference. If you can't figure out how to do that you can uninstall it via Programs and Features in Control Panel.

    Before doing anything I strongly urge you to make an image backup of your boot drive using Macrium Reflect Free to an external hard drive. If you don't have one, now would be a very good time to get one as backing up should be a part of your normal process.

    I have completely uninstalled it since I am not using it anyways. However, this happened again just now.

    I have checked the new dump files and it is caused by ntoskrnl.exe and hal.dll.

    Hi Arieski,

    Do you intentionally have AVG and Qihoo 360 loading on your computer? I would imagine they overlap in functionality and it's usually not recommended to have more than one real time security program running on a system.

    Some of the log files cannot be scanned or read.
    Please change the default language to English and then rerun the log collector to post a new DM log collector.
    Add, Remove, and Change Display Language in Windows 10 | Tutorials

    There are two log collectors: DM and BETA
    The BETA log collector will collect more useful files and folders.
    Please run the BETA log collector and post a zip into this thread:

    The latest dump indicates a problem with bcbtums.sys.
