BSOD transfer from Ethernet network to Bluetooth network

    Hello Everyone,
I am happy that there is the community here so I have an opportunity to find computer problem by professionals. At this time I meet the BSOD when I transfer my Internet from Ethernet network to Bluetooth network. The specific manifestation is that everytime I disable Ethernet network and then open mobile bluetooth tethering to share my phone's (Galaxy s8+) internet connection using Bluetooth to computer. The result is that the computer is able to connect internet but the screen would freeze after a few seconds, and it finally changes to blue screen with error code: Invalid MDL Range.
My computer is GIGABYTE BRIX PRO 4770R with Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 device.
Up to now, I try every methods I have ever seen. I upload two dump zip files in attached files using both dm_log_collector and log collector v2-beta15. Hope for your help.
Any problem just remind me. Thank you!

Sorry, I would have marked uploaded files with dump tool name. Originally, DESKTOP-UQ9TDBK-(2018-12-11_15-41-25).zip is dumped by Beta log collector. I upload them again below. Please help to check it, thank you!

Sorry for the delay and sorry I asked you to repeat what you had already done. I misread your post.

There are no dumps in the zip you uploaded. Looks like they were all deleted. The WER data in msinfo32.nfo indicates you had 20 Bluescreen events, the first one occurring on Dec 5th, the last on Dec 11th. All were 12E. Without a dump it's impossible to know the actual cause but from looking at the result of Google searches this appears to be a Windows 10 problem.

What driver are you using for Bluetooth. The ASUS web site shows this for Windows 10:

    Attachment 218465

If that doesn't help, upgrade to the latest Windows 10 release, 17763.185 by going to Windows Update and clicking on Check for updates. Before you do that, make an image backup of your existing system to an external hard drive using Macrium Reflect Free. If you don't have an external hard drive, now would be an excellent time to get one. You can get one from Amazon or other online sites for around $60.

Once you've updated to 1809, see if that fixes the Bluetooth problem.

Edit: If you get another BSOD, run the beta log collector immediately and post the zip here in tyour thread. Hopefully this time there will be a dump to look at.

If checking for updates does not get you version 1809 you can use this tutorial. As Rich says, back a backup of existing image.

Thank for Rich and Ken's kind reply!
I consolidate both your advises. What I tried is below:
    1. I have updated my computer to version 1809 with latest windows update. Actually, none of update can be downloaded. Not fix.
    2. My computer is a mini PC called GIGABYTE BRIX PRO 4770R so there is not any hard drive, RAM, wireless adapter and Bluetooth adapter when I bought it. I installed manually a wireless adapter named Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 including both WiFi and Bluetooth function. I browsed the official website of this device and update the latest driver Intel Wireless Bluetooth for Windows 10 64-bit Version: 20.90.1 (update Date: 11/13/2018). Not fix.
    3. I tried to trigger 2 new BSOD by transferring from
Ethernet network to Bluetooth network at 2:12pm and 2:24pm in 25th Dec (UTC +8:00). And then at 2:27pm I ran beta log collector. Luckily I got a new zip file with dumps in Crash Dump folder. I upload it below:
Dumped by beta log collector: Attachment 218499

I hope it would work and help you to read easily. Thank you again for your help!

Not saying your AC7260 is dodgy but I have one, a AC7260, in an older Dell and it only works properly with a very old driver, February 2014.

You might see if you can find an older driver for a test.

Not sure what you mean "None of the update can be downloaded" ?

Sorry my poor English misleads you. I mean that I have updated to the latest version of Windows 10, install all updates showed in Windows 10 Setting and no more update.
In term of my wireless and Bluetooth adapter, its full name is 'GIGABYTE GP-WB867MD-I (Intel 7260HMW) Dual Band Wireless-N 867M AC Bluetooth miniPCIe'. It seems to be too old adapter to find some details. I only can get some specifications in Gigabyte official website of China: https://www.gigabyte.cn/Motherboard/...MD-I-rev-10#ovI
Also post its English specification Below:

    • Bluetooth Function

      Standard Bluetooth V4.0 LE, V3.0+HS, V2.1+EDR
Data rate 1Mbps, 2Mbps, and up to 3Mbps

    • WiFi Function

      Standard IEEE 802.11abgn, 802.11ac, 802.11d, 802.11e, 802.11i, 802.11h, 802.11w
Wi-Fi Alliance Wi-Fi Certified for 802.11ac, Wi-Fi CERTIFIEDa/b/g,Wi-Fi CERTIFIEDn, WMM, WPA*, WPA2, and WPS, WPS 2.0, Protected ManagementFrames
      Network
      Architecture
      Ad-hoc mode (Peer-to-Peer), Infrastructure mode
      Security WPA and WPA2, 802.1X (EAP-TLS, TTLS, PEAP, LEAP, EAP-FAST), EAP-SIM, EAP-AKA
PAP, CHAP, TLS, GTC, MS-CHAP*, MS-CHAPv2
      64-bit and 128-bit WEP, AES-CCMP, TKIP
      UL, C-UL, CB (IEC 60950-1)
      802.11w (WFA-Protected Management Frames)

I am interested in the old driver (February 2014) you mentioned. Since this adapter is very old, it may only be compatible with old driver. I will trying to find an old driver to fit the adapter if I can. I will posting the result after trial. Hope to fix the BSOD.
    Thanks for your thinking!

AC7260 I own works perfectly well with the latest driver mentioned by you above - albeit (admittedly) on Win 8.1.

    Worth checking Intel forums

if somebody came across the same problem.
