    Hi spyslayer,

Your hard drive might be getting bad.

    • Please download CrystalDiskInfo, make sure to click on the blue ZIP button.
    • After downloading, extract the zip file (right click the file and select Extract all..)
    • Open DiskInfo64.exe and make a screenshot of CrystalDiskInfo.
    • Upload the screenshot.

Before the BSOD on boot started, did you run CrystalDiskInfo?

Have you recently made any changes to Windows, like installing a program, changing settings or other things in an attempt to fix the previous BSOD error code? If you did, please let me know, from experience I can tell you that a small change to for example improve boot speed, can cause the bad system config info error.

Another option is my first post in this thread, the potential failure of your hard drive could corrupt important information.

Do you have access to another pc you could use?
If you do, and you happen to have a USB stick that has a storage capacity of more than 8GB, please download a Windows 10 Preinstallation Environment ISO from Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk - Windows 10 Forums.
If you mount the ISO (right click and select Mount) and copy all the files from the new partition/drive that shows in Windows Explorer to the USB stick you basically create a USB stick that becomes bootable. If you then boot from the USB on the pc that's getting BSODs and choose to boot from the USB stick (press F12 to get the boot options before Windows attempts to load) you get in an environment loaded from the USB which provides possibilities like backing up your files, looking into the recovery and depending on the issue with the BSOD error you might even be able to fix the error in Macrium, thanks to the preinstalled programs that come with the Windows 10 Preinstallation Environment.

To fix any boot issues with Macrium: Use Macrium Reflect Rescue Media to Fix Windows Boot Issues | Tutorials, start from step 2.5
