    During the troubleshooting process:
    a) uninstall all antivirus software (always on and manual) and only use Windows defender
    b) when the troubleshooting is complete you can then use any preferred antivirus software
    c) uninstall Malwarebytes using the applicable uninstall tool:
    https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb_clean
    d) make sure that there is no overclocking

    Run memtest86 version 8.0
MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool
The computer has two RAM modules.
The modules are 4 GB DDR4.
Testing is not done by time but by passes.
The more the passes the better the testing conditions.
A minimum of 8 passes are needed for each test.
    All testing must be continuous.
A substantial portion of the testing can be performed overnight.
Just one error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.
Then test one RAM module at a time in the same DIMM for 8 or more passes to differentiate good from malfunctioning RAM.
Use a camera or smartphone camera to take pictures and post images of the test results into the thread.
There is also a text report. Please post the text report in addition to the images into the thread.

The duration of time for the Microsoft database problem is unknown.

BSOD are most often caused by:
    a) misbehaving software drivers
    b) misbehaving hardware drivers
    c) malfunctioning hardware
    d) firmware problems

Which method did you perform for the operating system?
    a) clean install
    b) reset save files
    c) reset remove files
    d) custom install

Please modify the settings for Memtest version 8.0 so that there are 8 passes.
We had been using Memtest86+ version 5.01 for RAM testing that is DDR3 and have links.
We are planning to create a link in the future for Memtest version 8.0 software with instructions.
    For any test there are:
True positives (malfunctioning hardware that has an abnormal test result)
True negatives ( normally working hardware that has a normal test result)
False positives ( normally working hardware that has an abnormal test results)
False negatives (malfunctioning hardware that has a normal test result)
    Accuracy

For RAM testing there can be a significant number of false negatives if fewer than 8 passes are used.
Again a false negative is a test pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.
So for all tests a minimum of 8 passes are used.
Sometimes (when using alternative software) it can take passes into the teens and twenties to find malfunctining RAM.
Please use a camera or smartphone camera to take pictures and post images into the thread.
There is also a text report. Please post the text report in addition to the image into the thread.

i tested at first and it gave me an error - the ram placement were 1 - 2 (i forgot to change passes to 8)

i removed the second stick and i ran test again with one stick and it showed 0 errors

then i added the other stick to 1 - 3 and it showed 0 errors (this time i modified it to be 8 passes)

    For the RAM testing:
    a) Were all tests in DIMM 1 or 3 or both? Typically DIMM 1 and 2 are not used simultaneously. What information did you see in the owners manual?
    b) Was the test with the error is DIMM 1, 2 or 3?
    c) Was test 3 the same as test 1 but only re-seating of one RAM module or had both RAM modules been removed and re-seated?

    2) Please label the RAM modules and test each RAM module in DIMM 2 for 8 or more passes

    3) If both RAM modules pass when tested independently then perform the same test in DIMM 1 for 8 or more passes.

    4) Each RAM module will then have two new independent tests.

    5) If each RAM module pass the independent tests then test them simultaneously again in DIMM 1 and 3 and DIMM 2 and 4.

    6) See whether there is new information that may be able to differentiate a RAM problem from a DIMM problem.

When using Memtest there is also an option to generate a text report.
For each test please post the image and the text report.

    a) not all tests, the first test was on DIMM 1 and 2, the second test was only in DIMM 1 with one ram stick which went successfully without error, the third test was on DIMM 1 and 3 and it also passed without errors.
    b) the error was with DIMM 1 and 2 but i tested DIMM 1 alone and with DIMM 3 and it gave me no errors, so i assume DIMM 2 was the one giving me errors. (i will test again DIMM 2 this night to make sure.)
    c) Yes, it was the same as test 1 but i only re-seated one RAM module. (from DIMM 2 to 3)

i also want to tell that the BSOD stopped when i changed RAM module from DIMM2 to DIMM3 and the games i used to play doesn't crash after a certain time.

On most HP computers there are default BIOS UEFI diagnostics that test RAM and drive.
The RAM testing was not part of the HP Diagnostic Windows extensive testing.
Power on the computer and repetitively click the F2 key to open the HP UEFI diagnostics.
Overnight test the RAM and report the results into the thread.
    Report the DIMM used.
Please indicate whether you remember which RAM modules were in their respective DIMM and see if you can replace the RAM modules in the same locations when they had displayed a Memtest error.
