I was referring to the OS, I wanted to know the version of the OS that you have installed, if it is the build 17134.441, the problem may be due to this:

BSOD after starting computer and wakening from sleep

    1) Open the HP website > support > software and drivers > enter the product or serial number or model > select the operating system > view drivers > post a URL or hyperlink into the thread

    2) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings
    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery window into the thread.
    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > on the performance options window > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory window into the thread

    3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    4) sfc /scannow
    5) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    6) chkdsk /scan
    7) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
    8) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.

    9) Download and install HP Diagnostics Windows: (right upper portion of this web page)
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics | HP® Official Site

    10) Open HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows 1.5.4.0
    Overnight perform the following tests:
    a) click system tests > system extensive tests > run once > open test logs > post an image into the thread using a share link (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

    11) After posting the images for step #2 the settings will be modified to create memory dumps.
    Then for any BSOD:
    a) run the BETA log collector and post a new zip into the thread
    b) open file explorer > this PC . C: > in the right upper corner search for C:\windows\memory.dmp > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip and post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    12) Open device manager > click view > click show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device > post an share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    1) For startup and recovery system failure:
    a) Change small memory dump to automatic memory dump
The dump directory will change simultaneously from mini to memory dump
    b) Uncheck automatically restart
    c) Reboot to maintain settings

    2) It can be easy to miss BSOD when automatically restart is checked.
With automatically restart unchecked you should see a BSOD windows with bugcheck and : (
Sometimes you may see a misbehaving driver in the form *.sys
At the very beginning of a a BSOD you may see a % counter.
If you see it allow it to rise to 100% before rebooting so that there is sufficient time to create the dump file.

    3) See these links for the yellow triangles / unknown devices in device manager:
How to easily find drivers for Unknown Devices in Windows | PCWorld

    4) With the above startup and recovery system failure settings there should now be memory dumps for BSOD.
If the size is < 1.5 GB then zip and post share links with each BSOD.

    5) Download and install if not already installed HP support assistant:
Driver - HP Compaq 8200 Elite Convertible Minitower PC | HP® Customer Support
Run the HP support assistant to see if there are drivers to upgrade.

If you see it allow it to rise to 100% before rebooting so that there is sufficient time to create the dump file.

so i did everything you said for startup and recovery system failure and rebooted

    3) i'm looking for drivers right now for the missing ones

    4) are they supposed to be at C:\windows\memory.dmp? because it still give me the same error "windows can't find 'C:\windows\memory.dmp'.

    5) i installed that but it found nothing to upgrade

i also have a question, will formatting help get rid of BSOD? I was thinking to format my PC for so long and start fresh.
