Multiple BSOD before and while attempting to Install Windows 10

I'm heading over to a friend's to see if I can use his PC to install Windows onto my drive.

Edit: I am able to boot to Windows 10 desktop, but shortly after I got the same BSOD. After restarting, I grabbed the memory dump this BSOD created, and crashed again to a KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK BSOD.

Could you keep the dumps in 1 folder and provide link to the folder in the first post, that's easier for you and us.

Had you tried installing on the hard drive and leaving the SSDs disconnected?

I believe there's a pattern in the 0xE3 dumps related to IO operations, possibly implying a problem with either one of the drives or the motherboard.

It was supposed be.... he is using the absolute minimum to boot. OP will have to confirm but I'm very sure answer will be yes.

Unless there's something wrong with the PSU, or any of the voltages (like 3.3v, 5v and 12v, vcore, memory timings/voltage and stuff) in the BIOS I am also assuming there might be something wrong with the CPU/motherboard.

Although a Linux distribution works great on your system, Linux distributions work different as opposed to Windows and handles things differently which may be a reason why no issues occur within the Linux OS. Though, I am a bit worried about the screenshots in post 10 regarding the 'pre-fail' attributes, but I may not be reading the report right.
