I can try and figure out how to get my key back today, but I'll be in class most of the day. I downloaded the Windows 7 ISO as well as the Recovery Disk, and I'll try and boot to those this evening. I'll let you know what's up then, thanks again!
Edit: A quick search tells me that I can skip entering the product key, as I can in the Windows 10 Setup. I will have 30 days to use 7, so plenty of time for additional troubleshooting assuming I can load it.

I hope one of the BSOD experts has an answer as to why a machine can't install windows 10 on equipment that should have no issue.
I've actually found multiple people with the same/similar CPU/MOBO combos that I have, and they are having extremely similar issues. I'm really hoping this isn't the case for me, as I cannot afford to replace the CPU.

I think I would replace MB before CPU. Any chance anything is still under warranty?
In your BIOS have you got storage set to AHCI?
Do you have another device you could install windows 10 on and then transfer disk (hdd or SSD) to this machine?
I do have AHCI on in BIOS.
Unfortunately nothing is under warranty at this point
I have a friend that might be able to install windows onto the disk for me, when I plug it into my PC would it just work?
Not exactly but I have and I've seen postings where someone has taken a working system and plugged it in, it handles driver changes.
I would have him skip entering product key.

An industry standard CPU on a Z170 chipset, why it won't install is a real mystery.
I don't have a lot more insights into the BSOD, as axe0 said keep to an absolute minimum of hardware attached, try both SSDs in turn in case one works better than the other. SATA cables can be a problem so make sure they are good. Follow the instructions in the manual for which slot(s) to use for the memory and reset the BIOS to defaults.
@Caledon Ken I was able to boot into the Recovery Disk!! I have internet access but everything has frozen twice now, so limited capability.
What can I do in here to help?

You can boot Windows 10 (the recovery disk) although it freezes, you can boot ubuntu and memtest. The one thing in common, there may be others, is that you are not booting from or using your storage (HDD / SSD).
Philc43 suggested using good SATA cables. Have you swapped cables to the boot drive? (and port)
