Multiple BSODs when waking from sleep and at random

I've been dealing with this issue for a couple months. At first I thought it was memory related since my memory failed a memtest and was replaced, but now I'm running into bug checks with the following values:
MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION

The latest one being a CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION error, which is included in the attached dump from 11/28. I have also attached some minidumps from 11/5, 11/9, 11/14, and 11/17, 11/18. They were all different BSODs from what I can remember.

I am at a loss. My hard drive, and two SSDs test OK via HD Sentinel. I let Memtest86 run for 5 passes and it didn't pick up any errors. I have reset my BIOS and made sure nothing was overclocked. I even tried swapping the video card to a GXT 770 I had in my old rig since I ran into a BSOD issue before that turned out to be the video driver killing the system, but I still got the same SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION errors. I have done a clean install of Windows 10 multiple times but it seems the issue keeps cropping up at random. It will be fine for a week, then blow up twice in one day, so it makes it hard to pinpoint an exact trigger.

My system specs are in my profile. I'll update my bios version when I get a chance, but it's from 2014 on an older Gigabyte board that has had no updates in years.

Any help with figuring this out would be great.

I think you are right to suspect memory problems. They could be caused by the motherboard slots rather than the memory modules so it is always important when running memtest86+ to evaluate a good memory module in all the slots to check for this possibility. Also memtest86+ has to be run for a minimum of eight passes in order to be sure you are error free. I would rerun your Memtest overnight. Also try running your system with modules in slots 1 and 3 removed to see if it makes a difference and then repeat with the other modules so that you can gradually eliminate RAM or slots as being the cause.

I kicked off Memtest86+ yesterday morning and it was still running this morning with 10 passes and no errors. I'll let it run today and tonight and see if it picks up anything.

I'm pretty confident that the RAM is good as I had all four sticks of RAM RMA'd and replaced in July 2018. When this was originally happening on the original RAM, the memtest would fail almost immediately (within about 3 minutes) and I haven't seen that behavior with the new memory.

I have another box running a AMD Phenom II x4, if I remember correctly, that should be able to take my current RAM if I need to test it on a known good machine. Would that be worth doing?

I was more concerned that a slot on the motherboard might have been faulty but it sounds as if you are ruling that out with this latest test.

I also notice you are running on a beta BIOS - there is always the possibility something is not quite right with it and it may be contributing to the error. When did you make this change? Before or after the new memory?

I've been running that version for a while now, but I'm not sure when I did the update to it, but it wasn't recent. I don't remember why I upgraded it in the first place either, but I think it was when I was trying to get a TPM 2.0 device set up and it wasn't working for me with the F9 BIOS. FWIW, TPM 1.2 worked fine at F9.

I can try to go back to the previous version and see if that makes a difference.
