The thread should remain open and as you post we can troubleshoot the new information.

I cant find a windows recovery before that date. I recommend to reset my pc settings and install all drivers from asus site and start examining the problem from the beggining. That option will also help me, although it is very difficult as I own only 64GB of memory capacity, to find at least 25GB free in order for the dump files to be properly created. I downloaded "everything" and I found and zipped the NDIS file. I have more answers to your last post but I dont bother you right now as I want to gather them all and I also want to asure that I download the correct drivers for my pc and that I dont have a driver problem. I attach the things you asked me for in your previous answer because they will be lost if I reset my pc settings. https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...bo?usp=sharing

    Perform the following steps:

    1) For startup and recovery system failure change kernel memory dump to automatic memory dump
    2) Uncheck automatically restart
    3) Reboot to maintain setting changes

    4) It can be easy to miss BSOD when automatically restart is checked
When automatically restart is unchecked you should see a BSOD window with bugcheck and : (
Sometimes you may see a misbehaving driver in the form *.sys
At the very beginning of a dump you may see a % counter.
If you see the % counter allow it to rise to 100% before rebooting so that there is sufficient time to create the dump file.

    5) There are some end users that place windows and the top three most often used applications on the internal drive and everything else on a second internal or an external drive. If there is malware, ransomware, operating system or registry corruption or failure to boot the windows drive can be clean installed with no impact on the files.

    6) A 4TB external HD on sale was approximately $100 six months ago. For this holiday season the same store is selling a 5TB HD for $100. Most end users can use a substantially smaller size external HD and the cost should be significantly lower.

    7) Computer performance should improve when the free space is approximately 15 - 20%.

    8) The NDIS.dmp debugging displayed one misbehaving hardware driver. The live kernel dump is rarely used for debugging and most often mini dumps are used.
The memory dump file is the one that we most frequently use for debugging when a misbehaving driver is not seen in mini dumps and with the insufficient free space the memory dump had been automatically deleted.

    9) Uninstall and reinstall: Netwbw02.sys
    Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260

Updating a driver. - Microsoft Community

If Ethernet is available then uninstall and reinstall.
If only wireless is available then download the replacement river to the desktop > turn off wireless (mechanically if available) > uninstall the current driver > replace with the new driver on the desktop > reboot > turn on wireless

The source for the replacement driver is the Asus website:
    E403SA Driver & Tools | Laptops | ASUS USA

The next best option for replacement drivers is from the component manufacturer:
    Download IntelĀ® PROSet/Wireless Software and Wi-Fi Drivers

    10) If a system restore point is not available a clean install after backing up files is another option. This would eliminate problematic drivers and all new drivers are installed from the Asus website. If there are any drivers not displayed on the Asus website the component manufacturer websites can be used: Intel, AMD, Nvidia, Killer Networks, Realtek, etc.

    @zbook

First of all, I want to reply to your previous big post and especially to 15th and 16th point. I have never installed a ram module in this laptop, I didnt even know that it can get more than one ram slots.

We go to your last post:

    1) done
    2) done
    3) done
    4-8) got it
    9) done from intel's site
    10) got it
    11) I am working on it, I have 18GB free already. I am using TreeSize Free and along with a friend's instructions I learnt some things about freeing hard drive space. I will also study your posted links to check if I can find some new stuff.

I did some extra things in order to fix the problem. To be more specific, from the video below I followed the third solution. Moreover, I right clicked the toolbars battery button, I followed the power options and clicked "choose what closing the lid does" and then clicked "change settings that are currently unavailable" and unchecked "turn on farst star up" and "hibernate". This is the video that I used. It recommends three solutions to deal with the driver power state failure:

Fix Windows 10 WiFi Problems [3 Solutions] - YouTube

I should wait in order to see if the problem is fixed and I will update my experience so I dont mark anything as a solution. I recommend not to inactivate the conversation. In adittion, if the problem will persist I will manage to get a proper dump file after following zbook's orders about start up and recovery. I will also free even more disc space just to be sure the files wont be missed again.

    -Changing subject-

I downloaded from intel's site the correct gpu driver in order to see if I will manage to right click files in my desktop without my windows got crushed (see my first first post). It didnt work. After that I searched for gpu driver automatically and windows recommended a different driver!!! I downloaded it too. It is so weird that intel and windows recommend different drivers and none of them works. On the contrary, an outdated gpu driver from asus site solves that problem... What say you? Should I keep the outdated gpu driver or just get used to drag n drop items from my desktop to other locations as I cant right clicked them when they are located to my desktop.

P.S: Thanks for your time zbook, I learnt a lot of things and I will update in some days/weeks/months and I might learn even more. I am also curious listening your answer about what is happening with my ram modules as well as your gpu point.

    You are welcome.

If there are problems with the computer after the above steps you can post a new BETA log collector for troubleshooting.

The best tested drivers are always from the computer or motherboard manufacturer's websites.
Windows will update all Microsoft drivers and many non-Microsoft drivers.
So installing old, best tested drivers, should not matter.
Sometimes the most up to date drivers cause BSOD and need to be rolled back.
For any drivers not displayed on the computer or motherboard manufacturer's websites the next best source for drivers are the component manufacturer websites: Intel, AMD, Nvidia, Killer Networks, Realtek, etc.
There are many computer's in use that no longer have driver support from the computer or motherboard manufacturer.
Again these are the best tested drivers and should be used as the starting point.
All drivers then are on a trial and error basis as there in no longer support from the computer or motherboard manufacturer.
The best drivers are those that provide computer stability with good performance.
There are many websites that can scan for drivers and offer drivers. These website often install unknown files.
So again the anchor or starting point should be computer or motherboard manufacturer.
For the most up to date Windows version the operating system can become corrupt.
In a similar fashion the most up to date driver can become corrupt.
On the computer the messages are often about whether drivers are up to date or not. There is no message about whether they are corrupt.
Windows can be checked for corruption by running the scannow command.
For drivers there is no scan. They are uninstalled and reinstalled if they misbehave with BSOD.

When you purchase a computer the manufacturer can install RAM with different SKU.
You can assume that the manufacturer has tested the RAM compatiblity.
Many end users will upgrade computers.
This is when it is important to purchase in pairs as the end user does not have the capability to test the compatibility.
It can be assumed if the RAM are the same SKU they should work well together.
