    BSOD completely random NTFS.sys & ntoskrnl.exe related


    HI i had my brand new lenovo laptop few days ago and after installing windows 10 home I started to get completely random BSOD 2-4 times per day .
    My drivers are from lenovo web site then i tried different versions of windows 10 64bit
    I ran memtest86 to test my ram and all tests passed successfully
    please i am very disappointed and disparate so any help from a professional will be appreciated .

    Hello ahmedespo and welcome to TenForums

    One of the crashes appears to be due to a driver associated with Crucial Storage Executive Software for the SSD. I would temporarily uninstall this software and see if it makes a difference.

    thank you very much for your response , ok , i will uninstall it right away but do you have any advice for the way of uninstalling it . and is the problem from the software only or may be from the ssd itself ?

    At this stage I do not think it is the ssd. I would go to Apps and Features in Settings and uninstall the program from there. Tip: You can right click on Start and it is the top option.

    there is no more BSOD after applying philc43 solution " uninstalling Crucial Storage Executive Software " for about 12 hours .
    I will continue testing for more days then mark as solved , wish me luck .

    That's good to know. Hope it continues to work well. If you do get more problems I would be inclined to take it back to the store. In this case I thought it was worth trying the above simple fix based on the crash analysis.

    sorry for the delay , i installed a new original version of windows 10 pro but i still having troubles with BSOD and random Win Explorer crashes please someone help me
