    bluescreens


    i downloaded the dm log colllecter but it didnt save anything to my desktop ive had several bosd system service exeception page fault in nonpaged arera unexpected store exception dpc watchdog violation critical structure corruption memory mangement iv only had this computer a couple of months

    i was watching a video on how to do the dm log collecter and i dont have any info in my minidump folder could that be why it not working

    Please download the beta log collector from the posting instructions, found after step 9.

    It appears that everytime a crash occured, the system failed to create dumps.
    Code:

    Please fill in your system specs
    Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
    The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.

    In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'. After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.




    Detailed system information
    Please run CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID, open it and make screenshots of the following tabs
    • CPU
    • Mainboard
    • Memory
    • SPD*
    • Graphics

    *SPD shows the details of each stick, you can show the details by choosing different slots in the left upper corner.
    Please make screenshots of each stick.
    Please post each screenshot in your next reply/replies.

    All you screen shots are full screen so the actual data that is important to see is pretty small. Not sure how your creating them but if your using Print Screen, try Alt-Print Screen which should print only the active window. Otherwise use Snipping tool or Snip&Sketch.

    sorry i had to bother rhe forum but ive only had computer for a couple months and my brother bought it and the i buy power tech told him to return it so again thanks for being helpful
