    Laptop Frying Memory After Reboot

    Hi,
I have a HP Elite-book 8470p and recently I rebooted it and windows wouldn't start but it came up with the blue screen of death saying "Bad Pool Header" so i did a quick google and it turns out that it is mainly caused by RAM
Failing so i took out the ram and replaced it and it worked fine until this morning, when i rebooted to install a program and it did the same thing, so i took out one of the memory sticks and it boots fine again.
    Any Ideas?
    Cheers

Any reason why you did not use the Beta Log Collector?

There were no crash dumps to analyse and so I wonder if they are being deleted by CCleaner. Make sure that Minidumps are not set to be deleted in the CCleaner settings.

Have you used the HP diagnostics tool to thoroughly check your device for any hardware errors? It is available online.

Which HP diagnostic tests were ran?
If available please post an image of the log results.

The beta log collector files were incomplete.
Please rerun the beta log collector and post a new zip into this thread
