    @philc43

On 5-15-19 I put in DIMMS #2 and #4 into slots #2 and #4 - I also sent the other two DIMMs for RMA and received the replacements but have NOT installed them yet

Today 6-8-19, I got my first BSOD since putting in #2 and #4

    Stop Code: CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION
    What failed: Ntfs.sys

    MEMORY.zip file: Dropbox - MEMORY.zip - Simplify your life

Was RAM responsible here or was there another culprit? What are my next steps?

Unfortunately it does look like failing RAM but that was nearly a month without a problem. Were you using the system quite heavily during that time or did it only have light use? If your original RAM was all bought at the same time it maybe that it will all need replacing.

I would try the new RAM in slots #2 and #4 as the next step.

I was not using the system when the BSOD occurred - it was on but idle

The two remaining RAM sticks were purchased separately from different vendors many months apart (if not years)

Is there any possibility at all that the SSD is implicated or is this definitely only RAM?

OK - I will change to use only the RMA replacement RAM for further testing

New BSOD (first BSOD using only new RAM)

    7 days since last BSOD

    Code: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Activity: Copying over a video file via WiFi from this PC to a Macbook (was around 75% complete). Source file on secondary HDD

    Update:
Chipset drivers (check in Snappy Driver Download)
    Windows 10 to version 1903 (https://support.microsoft.com/pl-pl/...date-assistant)

My Chipset drivers are up-to-date - I ran the latest Intel utility to update chipset drivers and the version remained the same

The MoBo website provided old chipset drivers

I'll update to 1903 eventually, but I don't think this will solve my problem, since it has persisted through many Win 10 versions

    What else should I do?!

I've been away for a few days and am just picking up some of the older threads, sorry to see that the change of RAM does not seem to have fixed your issue. Keep providing the mini-dumps when you get any new BSODs - good troubleshooting so far. There seems to be a problem with the Microsoft symbols so I was not able to get any clues from the dump.

Will keep posting minidumps - for the time being after the last BSOD, I disconnected my secondary drive (HDD) and am only running the boot drive (SSD) just to rule out this as potential hardware issue
