If there are more BSOD please post files as in post #56.

If the BSOD are infrequent then activate Windows driver verifier to produce BSOD for debugging.
Make sure that the backup image is updated and a new restore point is made before the activation.

The link that was used had 3 customized settings for Windows driver verifier.

This link has approximately 19 customized settings:
Driver Verifier-- tracking down a mis-behaving driver. - Microsoft Community

Turn on Windows driver with the three customized settings and increase the number of customized settings by 4 to 5 per hour.

The computer performance and boot may become sluggish.
Run the tool for 48 hours and post new zips for any BSOD.

The misbehaving driver in the latest windows driver verifier BSOD was a recurrent driver:

    ctxva51.sys
    ctxva51.sys Wed Jan 27 11:47:11 2010 (4B607C1F)
    vbdenum.sys
    vbdenum.sys Thu Nov 9 17:38:22 2017 (5A04E6EE)

Uninstall the Citrix software > restart Windows driver verifier

Only when necessary reinstall the Citrix software > restart Windows driver verifier

Open a support ticket with Citrix to see if they have a more recent driver than 2010.
And see if the can troubleshoot compatibility/incompatibility problems.

As I have mentioned earlier, Citrix is required on my machine to be able to work from home. Unfortunately I cannot uninstall it as I use it every day

I don't think it has been implicated in any spontaneous BSODs (i.e., those not linked to driver verifier testing)

Instead of doing driver verifier, is there any issue if I just continue posting spontaneous BSODs as they come up? Also, when should I switch up my RAM DIMMs since currently on #2 and #4 (and I have not had a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD with this combo)? Should I try #1 and #2 next (to help isolate whether #1 or #3 is the issue)?

Sometimes uninstalling software and reinstalling software fixes driver or conflict problems.
If possible uninstall Citrix then run windows driver verifier to see whether there are any BSOD.
Then if there are no BSOD then reinstall Citrix and turn on Windows driver verifier.

Also open a support ticket with Citrix to find out any possible software conflicts, alternative drivers, or other troubleshooting steps.
@philc43 may comment on the flip and any further RAM testing.

Personally I do not think Driver Verifier testing is needed any more. I would rather build up a picture of the BSODs that are occurring during normal operation.

I forget now whether you have confirmed whether it is the slots or the RAM modules which are faulty? If you can confirm if it is slots or memory modules that are causing the problem then you will know whether you need to replace the motherboard or memory.
