The latest memory dump was bugcheck 7A.
    Tue Aug 6 16:46:41.650 2019 (UTC - 5:00)
The debugging displayed no misbehaving drivers.

Multiple memory dumps without misbehaving drivers supports malfunctioning hardware.

Is there anyway to tell if it is the motherboard or the CPU that's malfunctioning?

In post #6 philc43 identified a bit flip.
This is seen with memory problems.

CPU can be ruled in / ruled out by performing software tests.
There is no software tests for Gigabyte motherboards.

At some point when tests do not produce clear results a swap or replacement is indicated.
For CPU you can perform a swap and reapply thermal paste.

If you want to reevaluate CPU then perform:

    IPDT:
    Download Intel(R)
    Processor Diagnostic Tool

    Prime95:

Choose one of the temperature monitoring software applications: Speecy, HW monitor, Speed fan:
Speccy - Free Download - Piriform: Speccy - System Information - Free
Download Speccy | Find your computer specs, free!
Download Speccy | Find your computer specs, free!
HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID: HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID
    HWMONITOR | Softwares | CPUID
SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer: SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer

    a) Record the maximum temperature and post the maximum temperature into the thread
    b) Record test duration and post the uninterrupted test duration into the thread
    c) Aim for testing > 3 hrs and abort testing as needed for freezing, temperature changes (see link)
    d) Use the Microsoft snipping tool to post images into the thread.

Keep in mind that all tests have:
    true positives
    true negatives

    Thanks @zbook and @philc43

Unfortunately, I cannot run the Prime test because my stock CPU cooler cannot handle the load -- temps jump up to 90C very quickly

I guess I will just have to get a new motherboard (and likely new processor since they don't really sell motherboards for this processor anymore)

Do you think that a motherboard and CPU swap should solve the problem (i.e., none of the BSODs potentially related to GPU or PSU)?

Thank you again for all your help!

The tests that we can perform are related to drive, GPU, CPU, RAM.
None of the testing was able to clearly define the malfunctioning hardware.
The options now are evaluation at a local computer store or swap/replacement of one or more components.
The motherboard appears to be the malfunctioning hardware however there is no confirmation without swap or replacement.

    Hi @zbook and @philc43

Just wanted to report that I have replaced the MoBo, CPU, and RAM -- I have now been >3 months BSOD-free

Guess it was a hardware issue

Thank you for all your help

That's great news to read that it has been sorted.
Thank you for the follow up.

    You are welcome.
