    The latest BSOD displayed bugcheck 12B:
    FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE

    This typically indicates a memory hardware problem.

    I am only running new RMA ram - can it be the SSD?

    Bugcheck 12B is a recurrent bucheck.

    The drives were tested earlier in the thread and can be retested.

    Run HD Sentinel: (free or trial edition) (all drives)
    Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
    Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
    Post images of each of these tabs into the thread:
    Overview tab
    Temperature
    SMART
    Disk performance

    Run Macrorit full error scan (all drives):
    Download Macrorit Disk Scanner Portable 4.3.5

    What is/are the Warranty status of the computer hardware components?

    If there is no malfunctioning RAM or DIMM then by the process of elimination a motherboard swap or replacement may be indicated.

    Have you checked to see if there is a firmware update for your SSD? I have not been back through this thread to see if that was previously suggested or done so apologies if it was.

    @zbook
    For my process of elimination approach, I have cloned my main SSD to a spare HDD and disconnected the SSD (therefore cannot performs the tests at this time). I will try to use the HDD as OS drive exclusively to see if this helps resolve BSOD at all.

    My motherboard is out of warranty (including extended warranty via credit card) but my SSD is still within manufacturer warranty

    @philc43
    The SSD was on the latest firmware from a while ago

    I will report if I have any BSOD on HDD only mode

    Post #39 has most of the software that we regularly use in Ten Forums to test drives.

    New BSOD

    Stop Code: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

    Occurred while browsing chrome

    MEMORY.ZIP: Dropbox - MEMORY.zip - Simplify your life

    Set-up: x2 RAM sticks (new ones only, as last time) + Crucial 250 GB SSD as primary and only drive (cloned from Samsung drive)

    Since this BSOD now happened with new RAM and an alternate SSD, does this point to my mobo as needing replacing?

    Hello LeoBloom,

    This continues to look like data corruption and given that you have spent a lot of time swapping memory and hard drives to determine the cause I also think that you are now looking at a motherboard replacement.

    Wait - I just noticed that the minidump and MEMORY files were from 7/15

    It looks like the dump files weren't saved

    Perhaps this has to do with settings not carrying over with the SSD cloning - I may have to submit a fresher minidump after enabling those settings

    I will try one more thing before committing to a new MoBo - I will try to move SSD to another SATA port that I have never yet used for any connection

    Ok, and post any new crash dumps, the last BSOD recorded in the logs was 15 July.
