Hello -
1) Prime 95 ran all night via usb stick.
2) Here are the screenshots - note that I had removed 40gb of memory to downgrade to 8 gb in order to isolate the problem - so only sharing the spd for that slot (the rest are all greyed out with no values).
All of the minidumps are for after that downgrade.

Since the verifier dumps didn't mention any driver, it's quite definite that this is a hardware issue. Please ensure that any overclocking is reverted and I would suggest to switch slots and/or modules with the RAM. At this point I wouldn't trust software tests for the hardware.

Thanks - Makes Sense . The machine BSOD'd on the USB stick as well. So agree its probably hardware. Will swap in a new ram stick in a different slot and pray.

So I swiched in a different ram stick to a new slot. The new slot led to failed boot with three beeps. Have switched that ram to adjacent slot. Is the three beeps definitive its the ram stick or the slot? Lets see how long this lasts.
