BSOD during web browsing and video games CRITICAL STRUCTURE CORRUPTION

While watching a youtube video or playing a video game my computer will blue screen. Typically its a CRITICAL STRUCTURE CORRUPTION error. It used to say "ndis.sys" in the blue screen message. The last blue screen happened today and only said CRITICAL STRUCTURE CORRUPTION with no driver mentioned.

I have tried... repairing the system image and checking the integrity of the windows files.
Updated all drivers to the latest version. (gpu, network adapter, audio)
Running memtest86 to check RAM - result of 1 error during the hammer test.
Windows Memory Diagnostic tool reported no problems.

Now I'm out of ideas and need help. I have attached the log files. Please help.

I memtest86 gave you an error then you have defective memory and need to replace it. You can follow these instructions to do more testing and isolate the failing DIMM.

    ===================================================
Follow this tutorial: MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

MemTest86+ is a diagnostic tool designed to test Random Access Memory (RAM) for faults. MemTest86+ will verify that:

    • RAM will accept and keep random patterns of data sent to it
    • There are no errors when different parts of memory try to interact
    • There are no conflicts between memory addresses

Memtest86+ runs from bootable media to isolate the RAM from the system, no other components are taken into account during the test.

    warning   Warning
MemTest86+ needs to run for at least 8 passes to be anywhere near conclusive, anything less will not give a complete analysis of the RAM.

If you are asked to run MemTest86+ by a Ten Forums member make sure you run the full 8 passes for conclusive results. If you run less than 8 passes you will be asked to run it again.

    Note   Note
MemTest86+ has been known to discover errors in RAM in later passes than the eighth pass. This is for information only; if you feel there is a definite problem with the RAM and 8 passes have shown no errors feel free to continue for longer.

Running 8 passes of MemTest86+ is a long and drawn out exercise and the more RAM you have the longer it will take. It's recommended to run MemTest86+ just before you go to bed and leave it overnight.

Take a picture when done and post in the forum please.

Pay special attention to the Results & Extended Testing section.

Okay I ran memtest over night with 8 passes and got some more errors.

Please note I have the RAM overclocked using the XMP profile thats included with it. Its around 3000mhz. The ram I have is listed on the QVL so the motherboard certainly supports it.

I have attached the memtest86 log files so you can reference the results.

Remove the OC, if the problem goes away then regardless of what the mother board supports, the ram is not handling it, so you either leave the OC off or replace the ram, no other choice I can see.
