@das Have you had any new BSOD minidumps since the one posted in post #18 apart from the Driver Verifier one?

No, but I got the one in #18 after installing HP drivers so I assume that that didn't help

Next time I turned off my computer I had enabled Driver Verifier and after that I haven't turned off my computer since.

I have just been looking at the analysis of the dump you provided after the HP drivers were installed.

The version you now have installed is e1d65x64.sys Tue Jul 26 09:48:21 2016

The analysis of the crash does not show the driver as some of the other dumps did. This is because it was a different type of power state failure.

    Code:
    DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)
A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000004, The power transition timed out waiting to synchronize with the Pnp
        subsystem.
    Arg2: 000000000000012c, Timeout in seconds.
Arg3: ffff9a0c371e2040, The thread currently holding on to the Pnp lock.
    Arg4: fffff80010bd0900, nt!TRIAGE_9F_PNP on Win7 and higher

There are no drivers showing up in the thread holding this lock prior to the wait. @zbook has suggested various drivers but they are ones showing up much later in the thread and in my view have nothing to do with the reason for this crash.

I still think the BSOD events have something to do with the e1d65x64.sys driver. Can you show a screenshot of device manager showing exactly which device this is associated with? I'm assuming it is the Ethernet adapter. As an experiment you could disable the device and see if it stops the driver loading and stops the BSOD.

It may be a case of trying other driver versions either older or newer until you find one that works, it could be that HP will need to issue a new driver update.

I know you did not want to include the msinfo file but actually it would have helped me with the driver details.

I did uninstall McAfee as @zbook suggested.

See attached screenshot from the device manager.

I also disabled it now for testing purposes.

Should I try uninstall the device and install an older HP driver?

I can send you msinfo in private.
What command do you want me to run?
    Beta collector?

Thanks! Report back on what happens when you restart with the ethernet adaptor disabled, post any new BSOD crash dumps.

Earlier in the thread the startup and recovery settings were to be modified so that memory dumps could be uploaded into the thread.
When available please post images of the new settings: (startup and recovery system failure, and Virtual memory)

    For the next few BSOD:
    a) run the BETA log collector and post a new zip into the thread or send PM
    b) open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for C:\windows\memory.dmp > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive
