Hi Wakesta,
Have you made any changes as to what Windows should use to boot, in msconfig for example? That is a very common reason for this BSOD error.
What are the checks to find out what this issue is and how can I fix this?
This error basically means that there is corruption in the SYSTEM registry hive, but it doesn't occurs because of actual corruption in the hive.
To properly suggest potential solutions, a dump would be needed.
In the recovery environment, could you go to the console and copy all dumps in X:\Windows\Minidump to a USB stick and upload them as a zip file.
You can do copy the dumps to a USB stick with the following commands
Change <USB stick> to the letter of the USB stick, e.g.Code:cd.. cd Minidump copy *.dmp "<USB stick>"
To find the letter of the USB stick, use the following commandsCode:copy *.dmp "F:\"
Code:diskpart list volume
Tried this not working can’t get into the console in safe mode.
How can I wipe windows and start again from the command prompt ?
I assumed you couldn't get into safe mode or normal mode, in safe mode you can just use the copy the files via a command prompt.
