uninstalled and installed the PCIe driver . Sorry for replying this late .
Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing passed with 11 passes on 8 GB RAM.
Evaluate the computer under typical use for stability/instability.
If there are any BSOD then:
a) Run the BETA log collector and post a new zip into the thread
b) Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\windows\memory.dmp > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip and post a share link into the thread (one drive, drop box, or google drive)

+Also what do you mean by evaluating the computer under typical use for stability/instability ?
The mini dump file debugging did not display a misbehaving driver.
The memory dump file debugging displayed a misbehaving hardware driver.
The Intel GPU driver was not reinstalled as the logs display the Microsoft Basic Display adapter.
This can be maintained to just test the Nvidia GPU.
Earlier in the thread the Nvidia GPU was uninstalled and reinstalled.
The current Nvidia GPU driver is: 25.21.14.1634
Evaluating the computer under typical use for stability/instability: not using any unusual software that may stress test the hardware or drivers.
Turn off Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers.

Uninstall the Nvidia GPU driver using DDU (display driver uninstaller)
Re-install the Nvidia GPU driver from the Dell website.
Make sure that you check the clean install box and if available install the physx driver.
Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 17.0.8.2 (or newer version if available)

Download Display Driver Uninstaller - MajorGeeks
Install the driver displayed on the Dell website.
The driver versions need to be tracked.
If the driver on the Dell website is the same version then look for another driver on the Nvidia website.
(Nvidia has an automatic driver search when using a browser with Java (IE).
Option 2: Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products.

If the next driver causes a BSOD then it becomes more likely that there are problems with the hardware.
If the next driver does not cause a BSOD then that should complete the troubleshooting.
If there is another BSOD related to this driver plan to find another driver version for testing.
If multiple drivers cause BSOD for the GPU hardware then look for a local computer store or Dell to troubleshoot the notebook hardware.
There is alternative software to test DDR4 RAM.
Test the RAM/DIMM/MB again.
This time use Memtest 86 for 8 or more passes: MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool
Memtest 86 should run faster than Memtest86+ version 5.01.
Plan to run the testing overnight.
Just one error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.
