Consecutive BSOD playing League of Legends, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I often get a BSOD when I play League of Legends (or any game), it seems when there are a lot of events to be processed. After my laptop automatically restarts and I re-enter the game, I will often almost instantly get another BSOD. It is not uncommon for this to happen 3-4 times. I get a BSOD at least once every two days, and sometimes it happens when I am just watching videos or doing work online (no games running).

I have had this issue since I got this laptop 2 months ago (I replaced the default 256GB SSD with a SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2 2280 500GB SSD as soon as I received the laptop)

I have attempted resetting my laptop and reinstalling drivers. I am completely clueless in handling this issue and would greatly appreciate any help.

    Hi axe0,
I purchased my Dell XPS 13 (9370) around the first week of September (2018)
This model laptop was first released January (2018)

I believe this issue might be related to the M.2 SSD, that or there's something wrong with the chipset.
Out of 4, there are 2 different error codes. But they both show pretty much the same thing in relation with the chipset and considering you already reinstalled Windows and the drivers I suspect there might be a compatibility issue with the M.2 SSD, or its firmware, or it might be faulty.

As a test I would suggest to
    - ensure the M.2 SSD firmware is up to date and test the system
    - install the original SSD, install everything and test the system.

Thank you for the prompt response and help. I'm pretty new to all this - I found my SSD firmware version, but I'm not sure how to check if it's up to date or test it. When I tried to download the Samsung NVMe driver for my SSD, I get the error: "Samsung NVM Express Device is not connected. Connect the Device and try again."

Do you have Samsung Magician installed? What does it tell you about firmware?

That is correct, I downloaded both Samsung Magician and Samsung NVMe Driver from the site linked.

Do you have secure boot or something similar enabled in your BIOS? If you do, disable it and try Samsung Magician again.
