    Bluescreen when using dell VPN on LTSC 1809


    Hi All,

    I installed my computer to the Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC version 1809 and everything went fine. But after I installed the DELL VPN SMA Connect tunnel and started it up, then connected today I got this bluescreen. Please help me how to fix this issue, because I need it for my work.

    Dump indicates a problem with ngvpn.sys.
    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff80189bef355, fffff30dc98869b0, 0}

    Probably caused by : ngvpn.sys ( ngvpn+f355 )
    Driver Description: SonicWall (Aventail Connect) VPN Driver

    I have no idea how to fix this other than uninstall, download and reinstall it. Can you contact Sonicwall? They may have a fix or be able to help.

    I also see you are at the October 2018 upgrade. You could also try rolling back to the previous level.

    Once thing I have read about with the new update level (1809) is to enable IPV6 as Win 10 networking now has some dependencies on it.
