BSOD with no consistency

I've just been getting random BSOD errors, all completely different.
System build below, I did replace the PSU with a 1000W but it made no difference, they've been getting worse recently.

I've done the vast majority of basic testing, memorycheck, prime95 runs, benchmark tools, etc etc with no results.
I've tested the Windows memory tool and ran 2 rounds with memtest86.

I reached out to ASUS support, but they basically want to RMA the Motherboard, I have no reason to suspect the motherboard is faulty (although the USB ports act up a lot.)

I'm at a loss. A lot of errors point to GPU drivers, but it seems more like a memory problem to me.
BIOS is up to date. GPU drivers are always the latest, updated last week.

Sounds about right.

I think I'll do a tear down and rebuild, just make sure the cables are in correctly and there isn't any loose screws or something behind the board, than RMA it on the next BSOD.

So, new motherboard (RMA'd)
BSOD in the morning, really early. I know my GF was awake at that time, but I wasn't.
I'm wondering if I have a power/grounding issue in my building and this is being caused by static when I walk passed the tower.

This is my PSU, it's brand new. It was the first thing I replaced

Didn't reinstall.

It's been fine since that BSOD, which may have been related to Windows update. Nothing since, not 100% certain but I'm pretty sure it was related to a short on the USB port that was damaged. I had some bizarre issues with the USB ports before that have also cleared out now.
