BSOD watching youtube, DRIVER_IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys) lenovo

This Lenovo ideapad 700 has started crashing repeatedly. After crashing windows tried to do an update then got stuck in a loop trying to repair itself, BSODing with CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED each time it restarted.

Reset windows keeping old files. Fresh reset of windows 10, up to date, drivers should be up to date, Norton installed. Machine was sent away to Lenovo and had all the internals replaced apparently. Still crashes when watching YouTube, connected over Wi-Fi to the college internet. Device manager says Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 is the network adapter, computer guy thinks it might be at fault.

Have an old minidmp from computer guy if it might help.

After having a look at the dump, it's possible that the network card is defect.

Lenovo said they replaced the motherboard, so do you think the problem is the hardware or the driver? The driver is up to date so it very well could be the network card. Should I just disable the wifi and buy a USB wifi adapter?

I'd recommend to have Lenovo replace the network card as a permanent solution, but if you need your pc you could buy a wifi adapter.
