I think I removed the offending program.

Attached the new report. I had to wait for a blue screen to recapture me because it does not keep my minidump in memory, after a while it cancels them.

There are two log collectors: DM and BETA.
In the future the BETA log collector will replace the DM log collector.
The BETA log collector collects more useful folders and files.

Please use the default language as English so that the logs can be scanned and read:
Add, Remove, and Change Display Language in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

Then run the BETA log collector and post a zip into this thread.
The beta log collector is located near the bottom of this webpage:

I installed the English language. Do I have to keep it as default?

I have updated the specifications of my profile (even if I could not update the data automatically), try to see if that's okay.

I wanted to do the beta log collector but, as I said, after a while I delete the minidump.
Wait for the next crush or throw it anyway?

    1) Please modify the default language to English to run the beta log collector so that the logs can be scanned and read.

    2) If the computer has Ccleaner > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread

    3) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings
    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery into the thread.
    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > under performance options > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory tab into the thread

This is an example of what cannot be scanned or read. There are a very large number or entries. Modifying the default language will enable those troubleshooting to scan and read the logs.

    Code:

Non disponibile ROOT\NET\0000 I driver del dispositivo non sono installati.

    1) For startup and recovery system failure:
    a) change complete memory dump to automatic memory dump
    b) uncheck automatically restart
    c) reboot

It can be easy to miss bsod when automatically restart is checked.
With automatically restart unchecked it should display a BSOD window with : (
Sometimes it may display a misbehaving driver in the form *.sys
At the very beginning of the bsod it typically displays a % counter.
Allow this counter to rise to 100% before rebooting so that there is sufficient time for the dump file formation.

For Ccleaner there are boxes that are checked and unchecked for the customized cleaning.
There are two tabs: Windows and Applications
    Click on the Windows tab.
The top section is Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Windows explorer.
Scroll down to System and Advanced
Use the snipping tool and post an image into the thread for the System and Advanced settings.

Once the logs are in English > run the BETA log collector > post a new zip into the thread
There are two log collectors: DM and BETA
At sometime the BETA log collector will replace the DM log collector.
The DM log collector link is near the bottom of the web page.
BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

For any BSOD run the beta log collector and post a new zip into the thread.

    1) Done. Even if the problem is that I delete them. The minidump files manage to create them but I lose them after the next reboot.

    Ccleaner: Attachment 206982
keep in mind that I have not launched any cleaning lately.

I downloaded the beta log. As soon as a blue screen happens I launch it and then place the zip file here.

When possible please modify the default language to English so that the log files can be scanned and read.

    For Ccleaner uncheck:
    a) Memory Dumps (Scaricamenti di memoria)
    b) Windows Log Files (File log di Windows)

After any bsod immediately run the beta log collector and post a new zip into the thread.
And after each bsod immediately open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for:
C:\windows\memory.dmp > if the file is < 2 GB then zip and post a share link into the thread ( one drive, drop box, or google drive)

After viewing this post please post a new beta zip into this thread (even if there was no bsod) so that the logs can be scanned and read.

I have already set up the English language. I only use the Italian keyboard.
    Ccleaner done.

I had to disable the antivirus because it was reporting the Beta as a virus.

    1) Download and Install: Everything
This software will index everything on internal and external drivers.
It can be launched on boot or when you need it.
    Windows search is very slow.
    This search is instantaneous.
The more characters that are typed the narrower the search results.

    2) Use Everything to search for: NDIS-20181001-2257.dmp
Zip the file > post a share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    3) Uninstall: Driver Booster 6 IObit

    4) Uninstall any drivers that were installed by or altered by this software

    5) Run HD Tune on all drives: (free edition)
Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
    a) Health (SMART)
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan

How to Upload and Post Screenshots and Files at Ten Forums | Windows 10 Tutorials

    6) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    7) sfc /scannow
    8) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    9) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    10) chkdsk /r /v
Run this command on all drives using the syntax: chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v /D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive
This may take many hours so plan to run overnight.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y
    reboot

    11) Use the txt and images in this thread to find the chkdsk reports in the event viewer > copy and paste > notepad > post share links into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

Read Chkdsk Log in Event Viewer in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

    12) Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 passes.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
This may take hours so plan to run it overnight.
    a) Please make sure you use the Memtest86+ version 5.01 with the link below.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
The testing is done not by time but by passes.
    The more passes the better.
There are a significant number of false negatives if fewer than 8 passes are made.
A false negative is a test pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.
There is 8 GB of RAM on the computer.
    Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing takes approximately 1 - 2 hours /GB RAM
Just 1 error is a fail and you can abort testing.
Then test 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM each for 8 or more passes.
    b) When Memtest86+ version 5.01 has completed 8 or more passes use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread.
