Yes I think you want to make your install as skinny as possible. Hopefully it stabilizies and then you will know when you add bad component.
Of course if you can't get it stable then you're into swapping.
Ever has a PSU issue?

Ok, so I’ve now tried to boot up my PC with just the minimum, still get BSOD’s. Tried each stick of RAM, each storage drive individually, and swapped GPU’s. All with the same result.
I have also removed the mobo and checked the CPU, both look ok. And i removed the battery on the Mobo to refresh the BIOS.
So i’m currently thinking its mobo? Unfortunately i tried to reinstall windows, but due to the BSOD’s it wont install.
Really sorry to hear that... did you try an alternate power supply?
Maybe a shop nearby could test yours.
I’ll try the alternative power supply tomorrow, really didn’t want to! I’ts non modular, think i might power it up with the supply outside of the case! But i have low hopes for any better results.
Yeah i think i’d best find a good shop that could find what’s wrong.
In post # 42 BSOD were reported.
The last BETA log collector was from 10 days ago.
For every BSOD please perform the following steps:
a) Run the beta log collector and post a new zip into the thread
b) Open file explorer > this pc > c: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\windows\memory.dmp > zip > post a share link into the thread using either:
one drive
drop box
google drive
Ok, heard back from the technician today. I have a mobo failure, time to spend some money on an upgrade!
Thank you again for helping resolve the issue, if I have any further issues I shall be back on here!
Well at least it has been pinned down.
You likely need to go through activation trouble shooter to reuse your Win 10 license. Have a read. Might want to boot and link to MS account.
Use Activation Troubleshooter in Windows 10
and
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...troubleshooter
Let us know what you get. Good luck.
Thanks for that! But my Windows 10 is linked to my email address rather than using a standard key.
My new stats are in "My Computer" if you'd like to check them out!
