While I saw you believed this started with an update it might be worth focusing on the hardware for a moment.

I hope you have another machine. Can you create and boot from a Ubuntu disk. Don't install it just try it.

You can browse, watch a video or two. See what happens. I know it is not the same as Windows but would be interested if it crashes too.

    Thoughts?

Sure I’m willing to try anything at the moment! Really just want to find the problem, I’m just hoping it doesn’t hurt my pocket

I’ll give that a go tomorrow night as i’ll have to download that first. But i’ll Let you know how it goes!

Have you also checked firmware levels on Sandisk Ultra II.

Updating firmware can cause data deletion but it would be interesting to know if there is a delta.

Also all firmware is not created equally so you would want to google the latest and greatest. We do have to take google results with a grain of salt. People with bad experiences post, people with good experiences go about their day.

Can you run the beta collector so we get some of the dumps to look at?

Edit: Are you running a RAID setup? I notice you have a 3Ware RAID controller with a 18/05/2015 dated driver.
    Also ADP80XX.SYS - Adaptec PMC-Sierra Storport Driver For SPC8x6G SAS/SATA controller is old, 09/04/2015.

Might check to see if there is a newer chipset driver available, though I doubt it.

Just noticed the system board you show in My Computer does not match what is shown in the files collected in the zip file.
My Computer shows: Asus Maximus X Code
    motherboardinfo.txt shows: ASRock 990FX Extreme4

The chipset and audio Windows 10 X64 drivers are available on the Asrock web site, dated 2015/7/29. I think you already have the chipset but I don't think you have the audio so you might want to download and install that. Looks like it's for Vista X64. If it installs, try updating it from Device Manager.

You could use Kyhi's WinPE Rescue ISO from a flash drive if you don't want to mess with Linux.

You get a fairly standard Windows 10 desktop to work from:

I thought of Kyhi's disk but was trying to get away from Windows. I recommend his disk all the time.

For the memory dumps 1 GB or less is preferred. Sometimes 2 GB has been uploaded and downloaded. (before zipping)

See if you can zip this dump file and post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread.
    Another option is google drive.

The free space on drop box is ~2GB
The free space on one drive is ~5GB
The free space on google drive is ~15GB

    Crash dump found at C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 09/03/2018 17:35:06
    Size on disk: 602 MB

Uploading to google drive now, may take a few minutes to appear.

UPDATE: can't upload at the moment, will update when it's uploaded.

    Ok it’s finally uploaded!
