The disk shows bad sectors and not enough space to repair. Regardless since it shows bad sectors it should be replaced. I recommend backing up your data using one of the methods below and replacing your drive.

In this case can we consider this a manufacturing defect? Because the laptop is only 2 months old and I barely started using it.

Are there any other possible solutions that I can try to fix the bad sectors? Such as formatting the whole drive and reinstalling windows? Or maybe preparing a 3rd party bootable repair wizard?

Since this is a new computer I would highly recommend contacting the mfg for a replacement. In order for the chkdsk command to run you will have to free up some space on that drive first.

See the following for more information on bad sectors.
Do Bad Blocks Mean a Hard Drive Is Failing? | Chron.com

You can also try testing the drive with the Mfg's hard drive diagnostics and or Seatools as follows:

Download USB Seatools Boot file to your Desktop
    https://www.seagate.com/files/old-su...lsBootable.zip

    Uncompress the .zip file
    Open the USBbootSetup-SeaToolsBootable folder
Double click on the SeaToolsBootable_RC_2.1.2.usbBootMaker.exe file
Once it starts it will scan for all drives connected to your computer.
Select drive you want to test.
Select the Long Generic Test under the Basic Tests menu
When the test is complete you will see the result under Test Status
The test will indicate either Pass or Fail.
Provide the Results in your reply.

Long and Short Generic test won't show sector relocation problems.

Crystal Disk Info will for spinners, not SSD. I have a 1.5GB drive that needs to be replaced but since it has nothing I'm worried about losing I continue to lose it:

Thank you for your reply. In this case to fix the bad sectors is there anything I can do on my own without risking the warranty status? Or Shall I contact the manufacturer straight away because the only option I didn't try is a clean format.

    Regards.

    Open command prompt > administrator: X:\windows\system32\cmd.exe > X:\sources>
Type these commands. Comments will be in parenthesis.

    1) diskpart
    2) list disk
    3) list volume
    4) select disk 0
    5) list partition
    6) select partition 1
    7) detail partition
    8) select partition 2
    9) detail partition
    10) select partition 3
    11) detail partition
    12) select partition 4
    13) detail partition
    14) select disk 1
    15) detail disk
    16) list partition
    17) exit
    18) bcdedit /enum
    19) bcdedit | find "osdevice"
    20) C:
    21) dir
    22) D:
    23) dir
    24) cd \windows\system32\config
    25) dir
    26) cd..
    27) exit

Post images of the results into the thread.

Find a flash drive that you can format.
Create a Kyhi boot rescue flash drive:
Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk - Windows 10 Forums

Test the drive using HD Tune (free edition)
Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:
    a) Health (SMART)
    b) Benchmark
    c) Full error scan

See if you can backup important files to another drive.

Chkdsk switches/commands check the drive file system.
Typically the drive file system is considered a software and not a hardware problem.
So a computer manufacturer could ask that the drive have a clean install or a run of disk sanitizer or secure erase ( ssd vs hd)
Computer manufacturer's will typically RMA hardware components that have displayed hardware failure.
Problems found with chkdsk can be considered software problems instead of hardware failure.

You can't FIX bad sectors. That's what sector relocation is for. A small percent of the disk is set aside to allow bad sectors to be reassigned. As long as it's a small number you're okay. If it's a large number you run out of re-assignable sectors and the drive fails.
That is the scenario you're in, so the drive is definitely bad and the warranty should be used to replace it.

Make sure you do an image backup using Macrium Reflect to an external hard drive before invoking the warranty as I'm sure they will do a clean load of the OS when they replace the hard drive and you will lose anything you have on it.
