    Blue screen loops Kmode exception not handled/system service exception

    Hello, my computer has been acting up recently, going into BSOD loops on restart. I tried system restoring but was unable due to errors. I tried re-installing windows and it continued to bsod loop after install. I let the computer be off for a while and now its working, but I have a feeling it will blue screen again in the near future. Attached are my event logs.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Please do let us know. If the crashes continue it would be helpful to rerun the collector app and make the new zip generated available for download.

    So it was working well for a while, but experienced another bsod loop. I was playing 2 point hospital then my computer froze completely for a couple of minutes, the mouse on the screen wouldn't even move. I ended up hard powering off the PC and a BSOD loop followed, system_service_exception. I tried start up repair but it was unable to fix problems. I just left my PC stay off over night and it seems to be working now. Here are my crash logs.

    I have a feeling this is a hardware issue, but idk though.

    Have you performed any hardware diagnostics? BSOD boot loops can certainly be hardware related. Most of the bugcheck codes are 0x3B (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION) with some randomness as to where exactly the crash occurs and since the system ends up in a boot loop I'd suspect either a problem with the boot drive or faulty memory.

    Which drive is your boot drive? If it's the Samsung SSD I'd recommend using Samsung Magician to check the health of the drive. Crucial also has a tool to check their SSDs as well and both tools can be used to check for firmware updates for the manufacturer's respective drive. For the HDD I'd recommend DataLifeguard since it's a Western Digital drive.

    For the memory I'd recommend using memtest86 bootable media. The usual recommendation is 8 full passes with 0 errors to be confident the memory is okay.

    It also looks like your motherboard BIOS is very outdated. Assuming the BIOS settings menus are stable I'd suggest updating to the latest available from here. There have been many updates since the one you're currently using with several addressing "stability" issues. The most recent is version 2901. Considering the symptoms you're experiencing I'd probably make sure the system memory is okay before updating the BIOS.
