In addition to ztucker's post please perform the following steps:

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    chkdsk /r /v
Run this command on all partitions using the syntax: chkdsk /r /v C: or chkdsk /r /v D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive.
This may take many hours so plan to run overnight.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk /r /v
The type of the file system is NTFS.
    Cannot lock current drive.
Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? (Y/N)

    Type: Y
    reboot

Use the txt and images in this thread to find the chkdsk reports in the event viewer > copy and paste > notepad > post one drive or drop box share links into the thread

    2) Run HD Tune: (free edition) (on all drives)

Post images into the thread for results on these tabs:

zip the file > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread

    6) Search for:
    C:\windows\memory.dmp
    Crash dump found at C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP
    Creation date: 08/23/2018 22:22:03
    Size on disk: 463 MB

    7) Use DDU to uninstall all AMD drivers.

Once there is no over clocking and the BIOS has been set the stability/instability can be evaluated.

I've reset BIOS but have disabled Core boost performance as it shoots CPU voltage to 1.4ish. Everything is stock and I've uninstalled display driver too.
