Are you running any tests at this moment?

If there are no tests running at this moment please perform these steps:

1) Make a brand new restore point
2) Turn on Windows driver verifier with the customized test settings in this link:
Driver Verifier-- tracking down a mis-behaving driver. - Microsoft Community

Notice that there are many tests that can be run simultaneously.
So please check all of the boxes for the tests as per the link.
There should be approximately 19 test boxes checked.

3) When there is a BSOD use the windows advanced troubleshooting menu to turn off windows driver verifier using startup options > restart > safe mode with command prompt > type: verifier /reset

4) When back on the desktop run the beta log collector and post a new zip into the thread
5) Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for memory.dmp > zip > post a one drive or drop box share link into the thread

5) For HD Tune what did you mean by benchmark passed?

6) Download and install HD Sentinel (free or trial edition)
Hard Disk Sentinel - HDD health and temperature monitoring
Post images into the thread for these tabs:
a) temperature
b) smart
c) information
d) disk performance
Also post a txt report into the thread.

For Windows driver verifier you can start it with approximately 19 simultaneous test customizations.
Before the start make a brand new restore point
In the left lower corner type system or control > open system control panel > in startup and recovery system failure uncheck automatically restart and reboot.

There was one misbehaving hardware driver in the crash with the new operating system.
The misbhaving drivers were the Intel GPU drivers: Igdkmd64.sys or IGFX

1) Uninstall Intel GPU drivers: IGFX

2) Reinstall Intel GPU drivers from the Dell website:

3) Before reinstalling the Intel driver turn off Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers

4) Once the replacement driver is downloaded to the desktop disconnect from the internet.
Disconnect ethernet/cat5e
Disconnect wireless with hardware off if available

5) With the computer never reconnected to the internet and with the dell intel GPU driver installed turn on windows driver verifier
6) For any bsod > post a new beta zip into the thread with a zipped memory dump

We're going in circles. You're telling me to re-install drivers (again) after re-installing them once AND doing a clean install where they would have been re-installed a second time.

Also, I'm not running MemTest86 again so you can have a photo.

This is becoming a fruitless endeavor.

For all steps and tests please post images into the thread.
A substantial portion of memtest86+ version 5.01 can be done overnight.
Please post an image into the thread so that the testing can be verified.
Having the results readily available may be useful in the communication with Dell.

You are making progress.
Dumps were not working and now they are.
The operating system was corrupt and now it is fresh.
The troubleshooting is now being done with a normal operating system.
So some confounding factors have been removed.

Drivers may need to be replaced multiple times to find a stable driver.
That is part of the troubleshooting.
It is useful in determining whether the driver or hardware is problematic.
The prior operating system was corrupt.
Anything can happen when the operating system/registry is corrupt.
With a new operating system and no corruption there was a problem with the Intel GPU (using Windows driver verifier testing).
This is the first reinstallation of the driver with a fresh operating system.

If the next driver is unstable then create a support ticket with Intel to find a stable driver.
If a stable driver cannot be found then contact Dell to RMA the CPU/GPU/notebook.
