    There are currently three log collector versions.
    The BETA log collector is being tweaked and at sometime should replace the DM log collector.
    Run each of the versions displayed on this webpage: DM and BETA.
    The BETA version is on the bottom of the webpage:

    BSOD'd again. Same error about driver power state failure or something like that. I've attached the log collector files to this post.

    The mini dump debugging displayed a misbehaving hardware driver.

    Open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\windows\memory.dmp
    Zip the file and post a share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    The last Dell support drivers for the desktop computer were for Windows 7.

    1) Earlier in the thread both GPU drivers were replaced:
    a) Nvidia GPU: Nvlddmkm.sys
    b) Intel GPU: Igdkmd.sys or Igfx

    2) The memory dump displayed both GPU drivers in the latest crash.

    Nvlddmkm.sys

    Igdkmd64.sys

    3) Uninstall Kaspersky antivirus using the applicable uninstall tool.
    Removal tool for Kaspersky Lab applications (kavremover)


    4) Turn on Windows defender

    5) Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 passes.

    This may take hours so plan to run it overnight.
    a) Please make sure you use the Memtest86+ version 5.01 with the link below.

    The testing is done not by time but by passes.
    The more passes the better.
    There are a significant number of false negatives if fewer than 8 passes are made.
    A false negative is a test pass when there is malfunctioning RAM.
    There is 16 GB of RAM on the computer.
    Memtest86+ version 5.01 testing takes approximately 1 - 2 hours /GB RAM
    Just 1 error is a fail and you can abort testing.
    Then test 1 RAM module at a time in the same DIMM each for 8 or more passes.
    b) When Memtest86+ version 5.01 has completed 8 or more passes use a camera or smart phone camera to take a picture and post an image into the thread.

    ) The antivirus will be one less possible cause of driver problems while evaluating the graphic drivers.


    7) After replacing the drivers again allow several weeks to evaluate the computer environment.
    If there are no recurrent bsod then reinstall the antivirus software
    If there are recurrent bsod then the hardware will need further evaluation.
    For hardware that can be swapped that is the next option.
    Look for friends, neighbors, relatives, or local computer stores to swap the hardware.

    This involves two tests.
    The hardware from the problematic computer should be checked in another computer and new hardware should be tested in the problematic computer.
    For hardware that cannot be swapped then it would need testing by a local computer shop or the computer manufacturer.


    8) Find replacement drivers that are different from the current drivers and download them to the desktop

    9) Turn off Windows updates of non-Microsoft drivers.

    10) Using DDU uninstall both Nvidia and Intel GPU drivers.

    11) Make sure that you check the clean install box and if available install the physx driver.

    12) Open device manager > click view > show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with a black exclamation mark or unknown device > post images into the thread

    There are two different software companies that can be used to stress test the RAM.
    Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
    MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool

    Make sure that there are at least 8 passes.
    The more the passes the better the testing conditions.
    If there is just one error the testing can be aborted.
    Then test one RAM module at a time in the same DIMM.
    Please post images of the test results.

    For Memtest86 + version 5.01 a minimum of 8 passes are needed to evaluate the RAM / DIMM / MB.
    If < 8 passes are made there are a significant number of false negatives.
    A false negative is a test pass when there was malfunctioning RAM.
    It sometimes takes passes into the 20s to find malfunctioning RAM.
    If the downtime is too long for testing 16 GB at one time you can remove all RAM modules and test one RAM module at a time each for 8 or more passes.
    Testing one RAM module at a time will rule in / rule out RAM modules.
    Testing two RAM modules at the same time allows testing the multichannel capability of the motherboard.
    So the number of passes and the number of RAM modules tested simultaneously impacts the results.

    All test in every field have:
    true positives
    true negatives
    false positives
    false negatives
    accuracy

    The testing was insufficient to test the hardware.

    Each RAM module is 4 GB.
    Testing can be performed overnight testing one RAM module each night.
    Alternatively testing can be performed overnight and part of the next day to test two RAM modules.
