Alllllrighty. Tested all GPUs individually via Furmark for 30min and no BSODs. Also ran prime95 again but this time ran Small FFTs instead of Blend. No BSODs. I'm starting to think that Redshift (my GPU renderer) may be what's causing system instability. Going to test it in a bit...

Was one connection to the motherboard tested four times testing each GPU?
How may connections are there?

Each GPU was tested one at a time for 30min via Furmark. When each GPU was tested the other 3 GPUs were removed from the system.

Windows driver verifier is a tool which stress drivers.
The misbehaving drivers typically produce BSOD.
The tool will repetitively produce BSOD until the misbehaving drivers are fixed or until the tool is turned off.

Before using the tool:
a) make sure that all files are backed up to another drive or to the cloud
b) make sure that there is an up to date backup image
c) make a brand new restore point
d) learn the windows advanced troubleshooting commands to turn off or recover from using the tool

The tool is typically used for 48 hours to find misbehaving drivers. It is then used for an additional 36 hours of typical computer use. If there are no more misbehaving drivers that will conclude the use of the tool.

While using the tool the computer may become sluggish and the boots may become slow. If this happens the customizations can be modified.

There are four GPU cards. Start the testing with only one GPU card (the one card that is a different model from the others).
After 48 hours of testing if there are no longer any BSOD then add all of the other cards and restart the testing.

Ok understood zb. Is hardware no longer indicated?

1) Hardware still needs to be evaluated.
2) Running Windows driver verifier should find any remaining misbehaving drivers.

3) How many connections are there to the motherboard for the GPU cards?
4) How many of these connections were or were not tested?
5) Were all GPU tested in the same connection?

6) Return all GPU to the computer.
7) Power on the computer and open the BIOS.
8) Use a camera or smart phone camera and take pictures and post images into the thread:
a) What are the BIOS 3.3, 5 and 12 voltage values
b) What are the CPU voltage and frequency
